    2009-18 Dodge Ram 5.7L Quad/Crew truck headers. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow. Made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Starting with a CNC cut 3/8″ thick flanges into 1-3/4″ diameter primaries with D-shaped ports, and 3″ catted leads with Y-pipe. Designed to fit factory connection point. Headers are fully TIG welded and back purged. These are TIG welded for strength and durability. These kits come with a lifetime warranty and proudly made in the USA.

To eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow that formed collectors are prone to produce, true merge collectors and optimized tube lengths are used for true pulse control technology improving flow and performance. 100% TIG-welded, the smooth curves and increased diameter of this header helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability. It uses dual, high flow, 300 CPSI metallic catalytic converters for maximum flow providing an astonishing low end torque improvement.
