The new Grams Drive-By-Wire Electronic Throttle Body for VW/Audi MKV/VI 70 mm is the perfect upgrade for the restrictive and trouble-prone factory 57 mm VW/Audi throttle body. The Grams throttle body is a Plug-n-Play direct OEM replacement that doesn’t require wiring or mounting adapters. These units are not remanufactured. Each throttle body includes all new components including a CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum housing with a precision-honed oversized bore, a high-torque servo motor, and a proprietary Non-Contact Hall Effect TPS sensor. To ensure the best performance, throttle response and drivability, each TPS sensor is calibrated to meet the specific requirements of the vehicles engine management system.     This aFe POWER 70mm Throttle Body and adapter kit improves engine air flow over the stock 65mm throttle body. The extra air flow will increase horsepower and throttle response. Performance gains will be more noticeable as more upgrades are added to the vehicle. All adapters are constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and are precision machined for light weight, high strength, and perfect fit and finish. The Serrated/Swirl combination design creates intake turbulence in the combustion chamber which breaks up the fuel creating a more complete combustion cycle increasing horsepower, torque and improving throttle response. This aFe POWER 70mm throttle body kit uses all factory mounting locations providing stability and a hassle-free installation. All needed hardware is included with the kit. It is recommended to install this throttle body kit with an aFe cold air intake.

Skunk2’s 68mm Pro Series Throttle Body is designed to be used with Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifolds as well as OEM and other aftermarket intake manifolds for bolt-on horsepower and torque gains by maximizing engine airflow. Skunk2 throttle bodies undergo an extensive design and testing process to produce a throttle body that doesnt just provide more flow but retains smooth drivability and OEM throttle characteristics. Each Pro Series Throttle Body is designed using the latest CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools, which results in a unit that exceeds industry standards. Pro Series Throttle Bodies are also CNC machined from forged, billet 6061-T6 aluminum and hard anodized for durability in Skunk2’s signature finish.
