Mishimoto 03-06 Nissan 350Z X-Line Performance Aluminum Radiator

Over the last decade, the 350Z has become one of the best values in used sports cars. The effective suspension, capable engine, and attractive silhouette produce an excellent platform for any form of motorsport from drift to autocross. But, as the modifications and uses for this chassis become more extreme, those pushing their 350Z to the absolute limit need a more efficient radiator. That’s why Mishimoto has created this X-Line Performance Aluminum Radiator for the 2002-2006 Nissan 350Z. Our engineering team first focused on improving the radiator’s core, specifically the tube and fin specifications. This X-line 350Z radiator’s core features more densely packed fins, resulting in a massive 92-percent increase in external fin area over the stock 350Z radiator. Greater fin surface area means improved heat transfer, which translates to cooler engine temperatures. Our 36mm core also dwarfs the 16mm stock unit, providing a 117-percent increase in overall core volume. Our X-line 350Z radiator features precision TIG-welded aluminum end tanks to withstand anything the road or track can throw at it. This radiator also includes a Mishimoto magnetic drain plug to capture any metallic contaminants within your engine coolant and further protect your cooling system. As with all our Nissan 350Z products, this Mishimoto X-line Performance Aluminum Radiator for the 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z includes our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of cooling performance.

    The original OE radiator from Porsche is a plastic tank radiator with a single row aluminum core design. While this is generally accepted as good quality and durable, it just isn’t enough for the Cayenne. The 955/957 is notorious for having cooling issues. Just driving down the road on a hot day can overheat the engine and off-roading and towing/hauling is much harder on the cooling system. On top of that, these SUVs are 15-20 years old now. Those still running the original radiator have definitely lost some cooling efficiency due to bend/damaged fins and tube clogging. Needless to say, CSF had a lot of issues to address while designing this new radiator.

    Help keep your hot-hatch cool with the Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator designed for the 2015+ Volkswagen MK7/MK8 Golf TSI/GTI/R. The Golf GTI is the grandfather of the hot-hatchback, but even after seven generations, this sensational vehicle still needs assistance when it comes to keeping its cool. Here at Mishimoto, we are more than eager to overhaul the MK7/MK8’s radiator design for more optimized performance. The stock radiator is adequate for daily driving in any iteration of the Golf and other MQB related cousins. The design struggles to keep up when under more harsh conditions. The thin core coupled with the plastic end tanks also sew the seeds of future cracks and leaks as the vehicle ages. We started from the ground up with the Mishimoto Performance Radiator, starting with a full-aluminum construction. From the mounting points to the inlet and outlet, the aluminum end tanks are sure to endure the test of time. Complete with precision TIG-welding to our core, the Mishimoto design is significantly less prone to leaks later down the road. To further increase our design’s strength, we’ve incorporated struts into our core’s coolant tubes, making this radiator much more resistant to twisting and flexing and effectively reducing the risk of a damaged core to nearly zero. Durability wasn’t the only improvement on our mind, and we wanted to ensure a more efficient coolant temperature regulation for your Golf’s engine. To do so, we expanded the core to 1.65in, along with precision adjustments to the fin design resulting in a 56-percent increase in core volume and 76-percent bump in external fin surface area. Combined with our 4.5mm fin height and louvered fin technology, this radiator is capable of reducing global coolant temperatures for a consistently cool hot-hatch.     CSF has over 5 decades of experience manufacturing radiators. So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your E9X M3 running at its best, a CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on the street or at the track, a performance radiator is a must-have for both high horsepower builds as well as race vehicles which need added cooling performance in motorsports environments. The Triple-Pass Flow Structure allows the coolant to flow across the core of the radiator three times before exiting for lowest outlet temperatures possible. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape “O” type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a “B”. These “B-tubes” are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal “O” shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes – producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With “B-tubes” you are able to get “dual liquid laminar flow”.
