110% Increase in Holding Capacity – STREET/RACEThe FX350 System uses the Power Plus I, Hi-Levarage, Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate utilizing our Fiber-Tough friction material. This clutch has a slightly increased holding capacity then the FX300 but will have a slightly more aggressive engagement and will produce some chatter. Similar to the FX300 this clutch is designed for the serious street enthusiast who also might spend a weekend and the track and is running a normally aspirated car that has been highly tuned with cylinder head work such as cams, or with a medium-boost turbo or supercharger setup, or up to 100hp NO2. For years enthusiasts have had to compromise durability for longevity for drivability and vice versa, however with our Fiber-Tough material we have closed the gap between these two tradeoffs.

170% Increase in Holding Capacity – RACE/STREETThe FX400 System uses the Power Plus I, Hi-Levarage, Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate with a custom and extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 6 or 8 ceramic puck configuration. The 6-puck being the more aggressive setup and 8-puck being the less aggressive. The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for long life, outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation.
Sprung disc clutch kit to work with single-mass flywheel built to OEM specifications. Will not work with dual-mass flywheel

Every Clutch Masters flywheel is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA. Flywheels are first designed in CAD and are then precision CNC machined in house in one of or Haas CNC lathes out of 6061 aluminum or 1045 steel billet cores. After machining, the flywheel is zero balanced to ensure it is evenly weighted on all sides and spins 100% true. Each aluminum flywheel is Type 3 Hard Anodized for the ultimate in durability and protection of the aluminum. All steel flywheels are black oxide coated to add a layer of rust prevention and gives our steel flywheels a unique black finish. The flywheel is then assembled by a Clutch Master Craftsman, double checked for imperfections and tolerances, and is then ready to be paired with one of our FX100-FX500 single disc clutch kits or twin disc options. All flywheels are SFI 1.2 Certified for use in motorsports.
Will not work with OEM clutch kit, flywheel built to work exclusively with FX100-FX500 conversion clutch kits. 6-bolt crank. Works with CM kit numbers 17020
“Race” (TD7R)2 ceramic rigid discs The Clutch Masters FX725 is a 7.25″ (184mm) Twin Disc clutch and is the ultimate in twin disk performance for engines/transmissions with smaller bell-housings that are focused on drag racing. Clutch Masters FX725 Twin Disc systems are developed from decades of experience in drag racing. Because of the minimal rotational mass the FX725 isn’t ideal for the street but with improvements in friction material over the years we have been able to create a solution that can handle occasional street driving. The FX725 is designed to hold tremendous horsepower and torque, while maintaining reasonable peddle pressure to operate on the track. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum and is then Type 3 hard anodized. Our billet covers have roughly 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. By focusing our ability on machining the strongest cover possible while maintaining minimal weight, we are basically able to eliminate any flex in the cover.

The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum and is then Type 3 hard anodized. Our billet covers have roughly 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. By focusing our ability on machining the trongest cover possible while maintaining minimal weight, we are basically able to eliminate any flex in the cover. Our billet covers see only .003” of flex where as a cast or stamped unit can see as much as .030” of flex. By eliminating this flex in the cover, the driver is able to operate the clutch much more consistently and confidently. All the movement being applied to the diaphragm of the clutch from the throwout bearing is used solely to engage and disengage the clutch and isn’t wasted by the cover flexing first. The strength of our covers also results in greater clamping force over the same amount of area vs. a cast or stamped cover. This means our twin discs are easy to drive and have superior clamping force to make sure all the power your engine is making is being utilized.

110% Increased Holding CapacityThe FX250 System uses the Power Plus I Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate and utilizes a combination of our Fiber Tough friction material on the side of the disc contacting the pressure plate, and steel backed organic friction material on the flywheel side of the disc. This clutch is designed for the street enthusiast or weekend racer who plans to abuse their vehicle on an occasional basis and has a very spirited driving style. The FX250 clutch system has a higher holding capacity than a traditional full faced kevlar without compromising the street friendly characteristics exhibited in the FX100 and FX200 series.
