Fabtech’s Jeep JL Tube Fenders have been designed to allow the installation of oversized tires for offroad use while providing additional protection to the vehicle. The Tube Fenders directly replace the factory fenders bolting into the same mounting holes for an easy installation. These rugged Tube Fenders are constructed of 1.50 OD x .095 wall steel tubing with a .060 thick steel top plate. This construction is extremely durable in absorbing side impacts from large objects when driving in tight offroad conditions.The JL Tube Fenders are a narrow design compared to the factory fender. The front fenders measure 7.5 in. wide while the rears are 4.5 in. wide. The front fenders include a plug and play LED light kit. There is no cutting and splicing of the factory wiring required for installation. The light kit features LED Daytime Running lights, turn signals and side marker lights for Rubicon, Sahara and Moab models. For Sport and Sport S models that do not have factory Daytime Running Lights, the light kit will function as turn signals and marker lights only. Fabtech Jeep JL Tube Fenders come finished with a textured black powdercoat. These high quality fenders are American made with the proper fit and finish that you have come to expect from Fabtech.

Fabtech’s Uniball Upper Control Arms provide increased strength to the front suspension by replacing the stock ball joint upper arms that can become worn and eventually fail under aggressive offroad use. These heavy duty upper arms are designed for longevity in rugged offroad conditions. They also feature additional caster compared to stock upper arms for superior on road use with oversized tires. The top quality construction of these arms include .120 in. wall 1.50 in. OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and American made 1 in. FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs. The 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated Uniball pins fit into the factory ball joint tapers without modification to the spindle for easy return to stock feature. Fabtech uses 17-4 Stainless steel for the misalignments that provide proper clearance of the 1 in. Uniballs throughout the travel range. On the frame side of the upper arms, there are quality urethane bushings that help reduce road noise while providing longevity. Fabtech’s Uniball Upper Control Arms are an excellent upgrade to stock or lifted suspension systems for drivers that demand the best for their vehicle.

The 2.5 Lift system for 2014 2500 Rams, with Radius Arm front suspension, features more than just basic spacers. Dodge designed the front coil springs with a large bow to increase vehicle stability and handling. Unlike other flat spacers on the market, Fabtechs angled spacers retain this important feature preserving the factory ride characteristics. The front shocks are replaced with longer length units to allow for full suspension travel while improving the damping of the front suspension. Extended length bump stops are included in this kit to prevent the coil springs from binding at full compression while also eliminating Trac Bar interference.

Lift is accomplished with spacers that utilizes the factory coilover shocks for a stock ride. The Fabtech Upper Control Arms address the geometry of the front suspension with the new ride height for proper align-ability. Heavy duty ball joints allow for extended travel to eliminate binding. Due to the GM suspension geometry there are no differential drop brackets required for the CV axles to operate properly. Rear lift comes from 1 blocks and u-bolts.

Heavy duty 1/4 thick steel lower control arm crossmembers provide superior ground clearance while the integrated front differential skid plate adds protection to the drivetrain. Rear lift is accomplished with steel coil spring spacers that utilize the factory coil springs for stock load carrying capacity with a great highway ride. The Basic System includes front coilover spacers that utilize the factory Coilover shocks for a stock like ride characteristic.
