The basic requirements for a properly running engine are fuel, air, compression, and spark. Before increasing the power of your V8, it is wise to ensure all maintenance is up to date and these processes are performing as intended. Weak spark from your ignition system can result in misfiring under high load driving, and spark blow-out under high boost, which is bad for performance. Mishimoto is proud to launch our new lineup of ignition coils, aimed at providing a high-quality replacement that can bring your vehicle up to Stage 0 before moving on to horsepower adding modifications. Our ignition coils are designed and tested to meet or exceed OEM Ford performance standards and are available as a single coil or in sets of four. Once installed with a set of new spark plugs, one can expect a refreshed ignition system with improved engine startup, a smoother idle, and restored performance from your Coyote. The primary frame of our coils is constructed from extremely robust phenolic resin, ensuring optimal longevity in high temperature environments. The precision lower boot provides a barrier against moisture entry into the plug well, eliminating chances for spark plug contamination. In addition, our coils are pre-lubricated with dielectric grease to prevent corrosion and ensure an optimal connection between the spark plug and coil. Mishimoto ignition coils are an ideal replacement for worn or defective factory coils. As with all our products, these ignition coils include our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
High-performance ignition coil designed to deliver consistent voltage for efficient combustion and reliable starts. Durable construction improves fuel efficiency, throttle response, and overall engine performance.
The Mishimoto BMW N20/N26 Baffled Oil Catch Can is designed and engineered to reduce carbon buildup, a common issue with the direct fuel injection N20 and N26 engines. The Mishimoto BMW N20/N26 catch can kit uses the proven engineering from the Mishimoto 2-Port Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can with a bronze filter, and internal baffled to better separate the oil from the crankcase vapors. The engineers at Mishimoto designed a CNC-machined lid which features large inlet/outlets in order to match the inner dimension of the CCV hose. This baffled oil catch can will defend your intercooler, intake system, and VANOS system from oil-blowby and help maintain proper octane levels to reduce potential detonation. The kit comes with two direct-fit hoses, which require no modification to the engine cover, and one direct fit mounting bracket that not only is extremely easy to install but also mounts the can in a serviceable location! Two CNC-machined aluminum, 3/4in barb fittings connect the hoses to the can. Like all of our products, this baffled catch can kit comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty! Our catch cans are different from most air-oil-separator (AOS) systems on a few levels. First, our catch cans are not heated. This means that all of the blow-by is able to condense in the can, including low-octane oil vapors and contaminated fuel vapors. Most AOS systems also drain the blow-by back into the oil pan, while our catch cans trap the blow-by and keep it out of the engine permanently. If you’ve seen what We’ve seen in the bottom of our catch cans, you won’t want that draining back into your oil either.
Engine oil catch can kit designed to capture oil vapors and prevent buildup in the intake system. Helps maintain efficiency, reduce carbon deposits, and improve performance with durable components and easy installation.
The 2011-2019 Ford Super Duty is a workhorse of a truck and the go-to pickup for many of the hardest working people on Earth. The 6.7L Powerstroke propelling the 2011-2019 F-250 and F-350 is robust and reliable, but it’s not without its weaknesses. Like any large-displacement diesel, the 6.7L generates an immense amount of heat and strain on the cooling system. Luckily, the Super Duty’s radiator is robust enough to get the job done, but some of its supporting components aren’t so robust, specifically the primary cooling system’s degas tank.Like many manufacturers, Ford incorporates plastic into many of their engine components, including the degas tank. This plastic primary degas tank is strong when it’s new, but with repeated heat cycles, it can become brittle and cause leaks. The solution to this is to ditch the plastic altogether. The Mishimoto 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke aluminum primary degas tank is the best way to ensure that your degas tank lasts as long as your Super Duty. The fully-welded design of Mishimoto’s degas tank means that it won’t crack and leak coolant, and the integrated sight glass makes checking the coolant level easy

Oil is the lifeblood of an engine, and in a hardworking diesel engine like the 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke, keeping that oil cool is essential to the engine’s health and running. The stock 2011-2019 Powerstroke liquid-to-liquid oil cooler uses engine coolant to draw heat away from the oil and vent it through the engine radiator. It’s a stout design that typically performs well for daily driven trucks. However, after almost 10 years of service, many of those stock coolers have seen better days. Even in good condition, the stock 6.7L oil cooler can struggle to keep up with heavy towing or modified engines. That’s why Mishimoto has developed this performance oil cooler for the 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. This performance oil cooler kit eliminates the factory liquid-to-liquid cooler and replaces it with a front-mounted liquid-to-air cooler. By eliminating the liquid-to-liquid cooler, this kit takes stress off the primary cooling system, lowering your coolant temps making the oil cooling system more efficient. Our massive cooler measures 17.4″ long, 7.5″ tall, and over 2.5″ thick to give your Powerstroke the cooling capability to handle any job. Oil is fed into the cooler via two stainless-steel braided -16 AN lines for adequate flow in even the most demanding situations. The bar-and-plate design and stainless-steel lines allow this kit to withstand road debris and the elements year-round. This kit also includes a CNC-machined aluminum adapter plate that bolts directly to the engine in the stock cooler location and brackets to support the lines and make installation a breeze. This 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Performance Oil Cooler Kit is available in sleek silver or stealthy black, and like all Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke products, it’s backed by our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of worry-free driving.

The BMW F10 M5 power and handling statistics are completely mind-blowing for a car tipping the scales at over two tons. The S63 twin-turbo V8 is underrated from the factory and responds well to tuning and bolt on modifications. Calling it the ultimate super sedan would not do this car justice. Heavy, high horsepower vehicles are also very good at generating heat. This added heat often affects the engine cooling, charge air cooling, or oil cooling systems. Since we already tackled the oil cooling system with our F10 M5 performance oil cooler, it was time to turn our attention towards the liquid-to-air intercooler system.—-Our engineering team designed intercooler and pipe kit that offers increased volume, improved cooling efficiency, and superior airflow compared to the factory coolers. We started by increasing core volume by 37-percent compared to the stock coolers. Using our extensive knowledge of heat transfer, our team designed an extremely efficient bar-and-plate core which provides optimal cooling and a 10-percent reduction in airflow restriction. During our in-depth testing, we recorded 24-degree drops in intake temperatures and power gains of 25 WHP/22 WTQ on our stage-1-tuned M5. We saw increases in timing as a result of cooler intake temperatures, which provided more consistent, higher power output.—-As with all our products, this Mishimoto BMW F10 M5 Intercooler Kit includes our signature lifetime warranty for a lifetime of performance.
High-efficiency intercooler engineered to reduce intake air temperatures for improved power and engine performance. Durable construction ensures optimal heat exchange, consistent boost, and a precise, reliable fit.
If you own an F10 or F13 M5/M6, chances are you’ve already thought about modifying it. A tune and increased boost pressure are usually one of the first mods done, but the factory plastic charge pipes may throw a wrench in your plans. The factory plastic charge pipes are a known weak link in the intake system and it’s not uncommon for them to split at the plastic welds by the turbo or completely burst along the seam, leaving you with a frustrating boost leak. The Mishimoto F1X M5/M6 Charge Pipes are a durable, full aluminum construction, expertly TIG-welded to ensure a smooth and strong airflow path for the S63’s boost. Our charge pipes are specifically designed to deliver optimal airflow with a more uniform shape from turbo to intercooler without sacrificing fitment. To provide the utmost perfect fitment, along with the charge pipes, we also include a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum bracket to hold the metal coolant lines that are supported by the factory intake tubes. Our charge pipe kit also includes a pair of matte black silicone couplers for a secure and stock styled connection to the air-to-water intercooler. The Mishimoto F1X M5/M6 Charge Pipes include the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a worry-free installation.
