This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4 System is available with a spacer system to retain the factory Coilover shocks and rear Performance shocks.

These 2 diameter heavy wall links feature race style 1 Uniballs for superior strength. Thick 1/4 steel brackets secure the 4 Links to the frame without cutting or welding. The system also includes Sway Bar Drops, Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm, and U-Bolt kit.

This Sport lift kit is Fabtech’s most popular Jeep system providing increased ride height and suspension performance at a great price. Installation is easy and can be installed in a couple hours. The Sport lift kit features American made front coil springs that are a dual rate design allowing extended suspension travel for offroad use while providing a smooth highway ride. The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. The rear of the vehicle receives coil spring spacers retaining the factory ride and load carrying capacity. The spacer height is 1-3/4 in. to help level the stance of the vehicle. Four bump stops extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression. The extensions retain the stock down travel to eliminate over cycling of the suspension and driveline.

This high quality suspension has been designed to upgrade GM 1500 SUV’s with standard suspension for increased strength and a balanced compliant ride for both on and offroad. The front suspension receives Fabtech’s heavy duty Uniball Upper Control Arms and Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks. The Fabtech arms are vastly superior to the stock arms providing strength and longevity to the vehicle. They are constructed of 1.25 in. OD, .120 in. wall chromoly tubing with 1 in. FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs that attach to the factory GM steering knuckle without drilling. The replacement UCA’s have been designed to work in conjunction with Fabtech’s Stainless Steel Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks for a complete front suspension system upgrade. The Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers feature cold wound coil springs for a smooth ride with the ability to tackle aggressive offroad terrain. The rear receives extended length upper link arms to allow for increased travel without bind. The geometry of these links provides the proper alignment to the rear independent suspension with the new ride height. As with the front, the rear also receives stainless steel Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks for a superior ride quality. This 3 in. lift kit system is perfect for those that want increased suspension performance with a low lift height. A great choice for daily drivers that overland and hit the trails on weekends.

Fabtech’s 2021 Ford Bronco 4WD Leveling Kit features CNC machined aluminum front billet spacers that work in conjunction with the factory Coilover shock assemblies. They are designed to bolt in without the disassembly of the factory coilover shocks for a fast installation. Fabtech engineers have established that the design of these billet spacers are at the maximum height without creating ball joint or tie rod bind when the suspension is cycling throughout the entire range of travel. The Fabtech spacers are installed on top of the coilover. This lift method retains the Bronco’s compliant smooth ride with additional front lift to help level and provide clearance for oversized tires. Fabtech offers an exclusive Trade Up program on all their Leveling Kits.
