Fabtech’s Jeep JL Tube Fenders have been designed to allow the installation of oversized tires for offroad use while providing additional protection to the vehicle. The Tube Fenders directly replace the factory fenders bolting into the same mounting holes for an easy installation. These rugged Tube Fenders are constructed of 1.50 OD x .095 wall steel tubing with a .060 thick steel top plate. This construction is extremely durable in absorbing side impacts from large objects when driving in tight offroad conditions.The JL Tube Fenders are a narrow design compared to the factory fender. The front fenders measure 7.5 in. wide while the rears are 4.5 in. wide. The front fenders include a plug and play LED light kit. There is no cutting and splicing of the factory wiring required for installation. The light kit features LED Daytime Running lights, turn signals and side marker lights for Rubicon, Sahara and Moab models. For Sport and Sport S models that do not have factory Daytime Running Lights, the light kit will function as turn signals and marker lights only. This Sport lift kit is Fabtech’s most popular Jeep system providing increased ride height and suspension performance at a great price. Installation is easy and can be installed in a couple hours. The Sport lift kit features American made front coil springs that are a dual rate design allowing extended suspension travel for offroad use while providing a smooth highway ride. The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. The rear of the vehicle receives coil spring spacers retaining the factory ride and load carrying capacity. The spacer height is 1-3/4 in. to help level the stance of the vehicle. Four bump stops extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression. The extensions retain the stock down travel to eliminate over cycling of the suspension and driveline.

High grade 304 Stainless Steel shock bodies eclipse all other shocks on the market for maximum corrosion resistance. Each Stainless Steel shock body receives a finely detailed machine finish for a stunning appearance. Dirt Logic Stainless Steel reservoir shocks have been upgraded with black anodized 6061 Aluminum reservoir bodies. This includes both piggyback and remote reservoir shocks. The Aluminum resi construction allows for greater heat dissipation thereby keeping the shock cooler to reduce fade during aggressive offroad use. Finally each Dirt Logic piston rod has been upgraded to a NitroSteel(R) material that is super hard while providing increased corrosion resistance compared to chromed piston rods. Get the finest ride with maximum corrosion resistance only from Dirt Logic shocks. In addition to the specific Dirt Logics for each suspension system, there is also a line of universal Dirt Logic shocks available in reservoir and non-reservoir styles, ranging from 8 to 16 inches of stroke. These universal shocks are sold with universal hardware kits for easy installation. Dirt Logic 2.0 and 2.25 shocks feature urethane bushings in the mounting points to reduce road noise and rattling associated with spherical bearings. The misalignment cups keep the road noise transferred through spherical bearings to a minimum. Dirt Logic 2.5 and 4.0 coilover shocks use coil springs made to the highest quality standards possible. Fabtech’s Ford Ranger Leveling Kit features CNC machined aluminum front billet spacers that work in conjunction with the factory Coilover shock assemblies. They are designed to bolt in without the disassembly of the factory coilover shocks for a fast installation. Fabtech engineers have established that the design of these billet spacers are at the maximum height without creating ball joint or tie rod bind when the suspension is cycling throughout the entire range of travel. The Fabtech spacers are installed on top of the coilover. This lift method retains the Ranger’s compliant smooth ride with additional front lift to help level and provide clearance for oversized tires.

This quality Upper Control Arm system provides a 3.5 in. increased ride height over stock without creating suspension bind at full droop. Lift is accomplished with spacers that utilizes the factory coilover shocks for a stock ride. The Fabtech Upper Control Arms address the geometry of the front suspension with the new ride height for proper align-ability. Heavy duty ball joints allow for extended travel to eliminate binding. Due to the GM suspension geometry there are no differential drop brackets required for the CV axles to operate properly. Rear lift comes from 1 blocks and u-bolts.
