Alternate muffler with Un-Notched necks is 400436. If clamping, use 3″ wide band clamps 18006. Reversible design for installation flexibility. The complex parts of this Slip-On Line (Titanium), including the valve housings and the two collectors, are all cast in the company’s in-house titanium foundry. The system is 11.35 kg (50.7%) lighter than the standard stock system. It offers power and torque increases of 7.6 kW (10.3 hp) and 12.6 Nm, respectively, both at 5,750 rpm, when tested on The Akrapovic dyno against a BMW XM Label with an M exhaust system. The plug-and-play installation means no remapping is required, and it comes with EC/ECE type approval. A further upgrade of the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system is available through the optional Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium), aimed at those who want higher performance gains. Designed for exclusive track use only, installation of the Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) means that the EC/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid. The Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is ECE type approved for cars equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter.
