This BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2012-2015 BMW 335i (F30) L6-3.0L (t) with the N55 engine, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 5″ bar and plate core design. This design outflows the factory tube and fin core design, while the 3/16″ TIG-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability. In testing, this intercooler showed flow gains up to 15% and lowers manifold intake air temperatures. End Tanks: The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16″ thick aluminum plates and include two 1/8″ NPT ports for sensors or water-methanol injection. 5″ Bar and Plate Core Design: The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and increased heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fi n design used by the factory. TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded inside and out by a certified craftsmen for strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds while reducing stress cracks. Pressure Tested: The BladeRunner Intercooler is test pressure rated at 200psi. Perfect Fit: Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation. The intercooler and tubes utilize billet factory style quick connects to assure a leak-free connection.

    CSF designed and engineered the 992 Carrera intercooler to be a true Plug-and-Play “Drop-in Fit” unit. Utilizing all factory mounting points, the installation is straightforward and requires no modifications. The most important feature of the CSF by PWR 992 Carrera Intercooler System is the Formula-1 grade intercooler cores. CSF’s strategic relationship with PWR has allowed the inclusion of these cores, which is unlike any other available in the performance aftermarket. These cores are the same style used in other CSF air-to-air systems previously developed for the 992 Turbo/S and 991 GT2RS with incredible results. The PWR cores eliminate heat soak and lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) much more efficiently than traditional Bar & Plate or Tube & Fin designs. The traditional intercooler cores that are typically much heavier and larger to improve cooling capacity. Because the PWR core is able to achieve greater performance results in a smaller size, CSF was able to design the intercooler system to fit in the stock location using all the OEM hardware, ducts, and shrouds for an easy drop if fit installation.
    The CSF by PWR 992 3.0T Intercooler System features Formula-1 grade cores which offer the greatest reduction in IATs and help eliminate heat soak. The Billet Aluminum construction offers the greatest strength and durability possible.

    CSF 2020+ Audi SQ7 / SQ8 High Performance Intercooler System – Thermal Black

    The same intercooler cores used in this application are the same style used in other CSF air-to-air systems developed for the Urus/RS Q8/Cayenne Turbo, Audi RS6/RS7, and Porsche 992 Turbo/S, with incredible results. These cores eliminate heat soak and lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) much more efficiently than traditional Bar & Plate designs. This gives us maximum performance for extended periods of time under demanding driving conditions and in vehicles with increased power levels through modifications and tuning. The 4.0L twin-turbo V8 in the SQ7/SQ8 starts to experience debilitating heat soak and progressively increasing IATs with the OEM intercoolers. This results in the ECU pulling engine timing and drastically decreasing power output. The CSF by PWR Intercoolers solve this issue and allow vehicles to perform at optimal levels consistently and for prolonged periods of time.
