Edelbrock part #2071 Performer RPM Top End Kit is designed for 2008 & Later LS3 engines. This Top End Kit produced 505 HP & 471 TQ on a 6.2L LS3 engine. The kit delivers improved performance in street applications from 1,500 to 6,500 rpm range. This kit includes Performer RPM intake manifold, E-CNC cylinder heads, pushrods and Rollin’ Thunder Hydraulic Roller camshaft, complete bolt kits and an Edelbrock gasket set. The Big Vic 12 is cast in the USA at Edelbrock’s state-of-the-art foundry, using a premium aluminum alloy that undergoes hot isostatic pressing for a more stable and dense grain structure. Manufactured with premium materials and machined to the industry’s tightest tolerances, these heads feature a 12-degree valve angle, copper valve seats, and fully CNC-machined 498cc ports and 82cc chambers to increase overall airflow capability. The premium manganese bronze valve guides withstand long wear with emphasis placed on holding precise tolerances on valve seat concentricity, allowing the valves to seal securely to eliminate leak-down and increase cylinder pressures during engine operation.
    Edelbrock’s Big Victor cylinder heads are made with premium HIP aluminum alloy. They feature 498cc raised intake ports, 82cc chambers, and 2.500″ / 1.800″ Ex valve job.

    The Edelbrock Victor CNC 12 6-Bolt Head for GM LS7 291cc/69cc Individual #77689 is designed for maximum effort naturally aspirated and boosted applications. It features .220 raised intake runners and .100 raised exhaust ports that provide a better line of sight into the cylinders and allow for an improved short turn. The raised intake runner design fits both stock and aftermarket LS7 intake manifolds and can be used with stock or aftermarket valve trains. The head utilizes the GM LS 6-bolt design, making it compatible with the GM LSX block and all aftermarket iron or aluminum 6-bolt per cylinder LS race blocks. The 6-bolt design offers increased clamping capacity over the standard factory 4-bolt configuration and improves head gasket sealing – ideal for high compression naturally aspirated engines and high boost applications. Features include a 12-degree valve angle and fully CNC-machined ports for maximum airflow. CNC-machined runners and chambers, as well as the .220 raised intake ports and 12-degree valve angle, increase overall flow capability, while a revised water jacket design enhances thermal conductivity and tunability. The manganese bronze valve guides withstand long wear with emphasis placed on holding precision tolerances on valve seat concentricity, allowing the valves to seal securely, which eliminates leak down and increases cylinder pressure during engine operation.     The Edelbrock #61349 Victor Jr. LS3 cylinder head is ideal for use in high Performance’s street and competition engines that have reached their limit with a stock-style cylinder head design. Most aftermarket LS3 cylinder head on the market today are simply stock head designs with larger ports. Our Victor Jr. LS3 cylinder head is an all-new ground up design that incorporates subtle changes for improved flow and combustion. These changes were made to improve the limitations encountered in the stock cylinder head when increasing the performance level of the engine. Changes include a 2.20″ diameter intake valve with a canted configuration similar to what is utilized in the GM LT1 Gen V engine. The intake valve change along with the unique port shape produce almost 400cfm peak flow. This cylinder head also feature fully CNC intake ports, combustion chambers and exhaust ports for consistency and improved performance. All of these changes make this cylinder head capable of producing 600+ hp on an LS3 engine with stock rocker arms, intake manifold and exhaust manifolds.
