We manufacture the adjustable spring perch made of durable and friction-optimized polyamide composite material with a stainless steel insert. Thanks to the composite material corrosion is prevented between the strut and perch ensuring long lasting height adjustability while the stainless steel insert provides strength and confidence! ST XA Coilovers come preset to our factory recommended damper settings, the same configuration we test them at on our KW shock dynos before they go into your box. The 16 distinct clicks of adjustable rebound damping allow you to refine the driving dynamics with a simple turn of the adjustment knob. Each kit includes a detailed damper setup manual making it easy to reset to our recommended setting at any time. Whether your preference is comfort, sportiness, or something in between; ST XA puts the finer details of the driving dynamics in your hands. Galvanized zinc coated steel struts optimize corrosion protection for long lasting use. We add a dust protection system to prevent unwanted dirt and particulate from coming in contact with the hardened chrome piston rod or getting into the valve packs. We reinforce the system with a multi-layered pressure resistant sealing package, mono block guide system and a low friction piston band which works inside the pressure resistant internal damper housing.

The high-quality INOX-LINE stainless steel coilover struts, corrosion resistant springs, bumps stops and dampers that are optimally tuned by our engineers the result is a balanced and sporty feel specific to each vehicle application designed for long lasting driving pleasure. With KW V1 coilovers you can achieve maximum lowering within an approved lowering range that ensures a proper functioning suspension and adequate travel after your car is lowered. Even after years of use you can easily adjust the ride height thanks to the dirt resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar. KW INOX-LINE coilover rewards the sporty driver with its harmonious pre-configured setup. For each vehicle our engineers develo p a specific damper setup and spring rate to increase the driving pleasure with an optimal balance of sportiness and practicality. KW V2 Comfort coilovers offer the perfect compromise of driving dynamics and ride comfort. With the KW V2 Comfort coilover kit, your comfort-oriented driving pleasure is the focus. That’s why our test engineers evaluate the setups on numerous highways and country roads with various road surface types. The KW V2 Comfort coilover kits are suitable for all drivers who want to combine the joy of a decent lowering with driving comfort. With the 16-click adjustable rebound damping (TVR-A-technology), you can tune the KW dampers on the KW V2 Comfort coilover kits to make it more comfortable or sportier. The two-stage, patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound – Adjustable) technology enables a small volume of oil to flow through an adjustable, conically shaped, low-speed bypass during low damper speeds, while in the case of higher damper speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens allowing a larger volume of oil to flow. This provides a big improvement in terms of ride comfort without influencing the safety-relevant high-speed range. There are 16 precise clicks available for individual settings, so you can choose between more comfort or more body control.
