aFe introduces the MACH Force XP exhaust system for the BMW M5 F10 twin-turbo. In recent testing this system produced 18 horsepower and 30 lbs. x ft. of torque. This unique exhaust system is constructed from TIG-welded, 3 in. mandrel bent 304 stainless steel and uses quad, high-flow mufflers. This system was designed and engineered by tuning the perfect tube lengths, ultimately maximizing performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. Also included is an X-pipe balance tube which equalizes and evenly distributes exhaust pulses for increased flow and minimizing exhaust drone. To finish off this system, aFe uses four 4 in. carbon fiber tips with 303 stainless steel machined finish inserts. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle-free installation. No modifications necessary. All aFe exhaust systems are manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.

The Mach Force XP cat-back exhaust system produces 11 hp and 10 lbs./ft. of torque. constructed from 2.75 in. mandrel bent 304 hand brushed stainless steel and utilizes a unique crossover pipe that helps to equalize exhaust pressure and tunes the exhaust pulse. Comes with dual 3.5 in. polished 304 stainless steel tips and muffler to build a mellow yet powerful sound. Engineered and manufactured in our Corona Ca manufacturing facility. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. High quality band clamps are used for a complete 360 deg. sealing surface. A free flowing muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. The crossover balance tube equalizes and evenly distributes exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system. This not only creates more efficient flow and better performance it also reduces sound decibels ultimately minimizing exhaust drone.

If raw and rowdy are your speed, the Track Edition Cat Back is your dose of steel. The Track Edition Exhaust retains all the engineering and precision of the SwitchPath™ Exhaust, including the X-pipe and 3” diameter tubing, minus the valves in the rear sections. The result? Constant rumble. Warning! These versions are known to get rowdy, and may be too much for many. For that reason, this particular version cannot be returned due to sound preference. Prepare yourself. The included Performance Mid Pipes replace the factory mid section with a 3” stainless steel X-pipe, mating to the factory Axle Back.AWE’s signature 4″ double walled slash-cut tips finish it off — all individually adjustable, allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste. Available in Diamond Black or Chrome Silver.

The SwitchPath™ Cat Back Exhaust features dual 3” CNC mandrel-bent .065” wall T304L stainless steel tubing from downpipes to tip outlets with a precision-engineered X-pipe in between. Equipped with valved rear sections, the SwitchPath™ Cat Back retains all of the M5’s valve behavior when changing driving modes and/or using the exhaust button found on the console. The AWE Performance Mid Pipes replace the factory mid section with a 3” stainless steel X-pipe, and are included in the Cat Back SwitchPath™ configuration. All tip options are 4″, slash-cut, and include the AWE logo and double-walling to ensure a mirror finish even under hard usage. All tips are individually adjustable, allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste.
