Borla 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 6.2L ATAK 3in Exhaust System Dual Round Angle Cut Carbon Fiber Tips

2024-2025 includes E-Ray. Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented BORLA® engineers with unique challenges, but our team was up to the challenge. This 3″ inlet Cat-Back® system includes both AFM (’20-’21)/ DFM (’22-’25) valves and NPP dual mode exhaust valves. It features the aggressive ATAK® sound for an exciting driving experience with no drone inside the vehicle. It features our Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire® technology. BORLA®’S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®’S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom aggressive sound. Strategically placed heat shielding is included to prevent exhaust heat damage and protect your Corvette. It comes with quad (2 each side) 4″ round carbon fiber tips with bright centers. Systems are also available with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, or black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. The system is constructed using T-304 stainless steel and is backed by our Million Mile Warranty. System ships in 2 boxes. Note: After installation of the BORLA® system, the controllers for the AFM/ DFM and NPP valves in the exhaust system should be RE-CALIBRATED according to GM Document ID 5406413. BORLA® recommends taking your car to the nearest Chevrolet dealer for the recalibration service.

    Introducing the new aFe Power MACH Force XP cat back exhaust system for the 07-13 BMW 328i E92 & E93 non-turbo. In recent testing, this system produced 4 horsepower and 8 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust is constructed from 2.5in. brushed finish, mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel and is TIG-welded. A high flow, 304 stainless steel, single in dual o ut muffler was used to maximize performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this exhaust are dual, aFe laser etched, 3in. polished 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations. Note: Cutting is required and should be performed by a skilled technician.

    The Mach Force XP cat-back exhaust system produces 11 hp and 10 lbs./ft. of torque. constructed from 2.75 in. mandrel bent 304 hand brushed stainless steel and utilizes a unique crossover pipe that helps to equalize exhaust pressure and tunes the exhaust pulse. Comes with dual 3.5 in. polished 304 stainless steel tips and muffler to build a mellow yet powerful sound. Engineered and manufactured in our Corona Ca manufacturing facility. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. High quality band clamps are used for a complete 360 deg. sealing surface. A free flowing muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. The crossover balance tube equalizes and evenly distributes exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system. This not only creates more efficient flow and better performance it also reduces sound decibels ultimately minimizing exhaust drone.
