The Track Edition Exhaust takes the engineered design of the Touring Edition Exhaust and replaces the AWE 180 Technology® resonators with straight pipe sections, delivering an even bigger dose of 4.0T attitude. This system is known to get rowdy in the mid-range, and may be a bit much for many. For that reason, this system can’t be returned due to sound (this system’s about commitment). However, the Track Edition Exhaust *can* be converted at a later date to a Touring Edition Exhaust (or vice versa). All systems are finished off with AWE’s quad slash-cut 102mm tips, including the AWE logo, and double walling to ensure a mirror finish even under hard usage. All tips are individually adjustable, allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste. AWE Electronic Valve Simulators are sold separately – but here’s why you might want them: When valves are removed, the ECU stores what is known as a ‘soft code’. While this code is not harmful, who wants it? Enter the AWE Electronic Valve Simulators. These simple devices plug right into the factory harness in place of the exhaust valves, and prevent any code from ever being stored in the ECU due to the removal of the exhaust valves. Plug them in. Introducing the new aFe Power MACH Force XP cat back exhaust system for the 07-13 BMW 328i E92 & E93 non-turbo. In recent testing, this system produced 4 horsepower and 8 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust is constructed from 2.5in. brushed finish, mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel and is TIG-welded. A high flow, 304 stainless steel, single in dual o ut muffler was used to maximize performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this exhaust are dual, aFe laser etched, 3in. polished 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations. Note: Cutting is required and should be performed by a skilled technician.
