All our IS20 turbochargers are rebuilt with genuine VW IHI cores using new internal bearings and seals.

All rebuilt IS20 turbochargers come balanced on our high speed VSR balancer and comes with a 1 year/unlimited mileage warranty.

Build time is 3-5 business days once an order is placed.

CORE MUST BE AN IS20 TURBOCHARGER. IS12 CORES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS TURBO. IF YOU ARE UPGRADING YOUR IS12 WITH THIS PLEASE CHOOSE ” SENDING IN CORE AFTER OPTION” AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND IN YOUR IS12.

PLEASE NOTE OUR REBUILT IS20 DOES NOT COME WITH THE DIVERTER VALVE, YOU MUST REUSE YOUR OWN.  PICTURES IN LISTING ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY.

ALSO OF NOTE, WE INCLUDE A USED CALIBRATED WASTEGATE ACTUATOR BUT YOU WILL STILL NEED TO RUN WASTEGATE ADAPTIONS.

You can purchase the CTS wastegate extension harness found at https://www.turbopartscanada.ca/collections/audi/products/cts-gen3-tsi-electronic-wastegate-actuator-harness-extension to perform wastegate adaptation and calibrate with the vehicle not installed on the car for easier adjustment. A scanner or tools such as VAGCOM or OBD11 required to see the voltage.
