Introducing the TTE810+ Turbocharger for the VAG EA839 3.0 TFSI—TTE’s latest hybrid evolution of the TTE810, engineered for the ultimate combination of power, rapid spool response, and seamless Plug & Play installation. This upgrade utilizes the original turbocharger core, meticulously modified for enhanced airflow and increased performance.

The TTE810+ features a proven billet compressor and the latest 9-blade high-flow turbine, paired with updated machining to extend the RPM threshold. These enhancements provide superior reliability across a wide range of setups while delivering exceptional performance gains.

Precision Balancing for Longevity and Performance

Every TTE turbocharger undergoes an exacting balancing process, which is critical for both durability and optimal operation. Components are first balanced individually at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our single-parts machine. After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced—depending on application—at up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR machine, achieving an equilibrium far beyond OEM standards. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, ensuring quality, reliability, and consistent performance.

Recommended Supporting Upgrades

For maximum performance, TTE recommends upgrading the intercooler, downpipe, sports catalytic converter, full exhaust system, and turbo intake system. Attention should be paid to the turbo inlet connection, which must be 66mm or larger to avoid limiting performance.
