Precision Balance for Longevity and Performance

Every TTE turbocharger undergoes meticulous balancing to ensure maximum longevity, peak performance, and optimal acoustics. Components are initially balanced at low speeds (up to 2,800 RPM) using our single-part machine, then assembled, and finally, the CHRA is dynamically balanced in multiple planes at speeds up to 250,000 RPM on our in-house VSR machine. This process ensures a level of equilibrium far exceeding OEM standards. Each unit comes with a serial-numbered balance test certificate for verification.

Recommended Supporting Upgrades

To fully harness the capabilities of the TTE810+, TTE recommends upgrading the intercooler, downpipe, sports catalytic converter, full exhaust system, and turbo intake system. Special attention should be given to the turbo inlet size—any connection smaller than 66mm may restrict performance.
