The TTE350+ begins as a brand-new standard BorgWarner K03 turbocharger, which is carefully dismantled and upgraded by our engineers to create a high-performance K03 frame hybrid. Designed for enthusiasts seeking K04-level power while retaining the responsiveness and plug-and-play fitment of the K03, the TTE350+ bridges the gap between performance and practicality.

Engineered & Enhanced Performance

The foundation of the TTE350+ is the larger BW2283 BorgWarner billet compressor, originally found in K04 turbochargers such as the Audi S3 8P. This modern, high-efficiency compressor features extended tip technology, delivering exceptional airflow relative to its size and offering a broad, optimized compressor map. The compressor cover is precision-machined to enhance efficiency and maximize performance.

To complement the larger compressor, the TTE350+ is fitted with a specially designed 9-blade TTE turbine. This turbine reduces back pressure while increasing flow, improving power output and maintaining lower exhaust gas temperatures compared to stock K03 or K04 turbines.

High-performance durability is ensured with the genuine BorgWarner 360° motorsport journal bearing system, providing reliability under high loads without compromising transient response. The actuator used is an OEM unit, guaranteeing precise control and operation.

Precision Balance & Longevity

Each TTE350+ turbocharger undergoes meticulous balancing to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Components are first individually balanced at low speeds (up to 2,800 RPM) in multiple planes. After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced—depending on the application—up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR machine, achieving a level of equilibrium well beyond OEM standards. This process not only enhances performance but also improves acoustics. Every turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate for complete traceability and quality assurance.
