The TTE340 is a high-performance evolution of our proven TTE300 platform, engineered to deliver up to 340 PS or more when paired with the appropriate hardware and software. Designed as a near plug-and-play upgrade, it combines rapid response, enhanced airflow, and OEM-level reliability, making it an ideal solution for enthusiasts seeking substantial performance gains without sacrificing drivability.

Engineering & Design Excellence

Built from a brand-new genuine BorgWarner K04 turbocharger core, the TTE340 undergoes a comprehensive re-engineering process. At its heart is a larger BorgWarner 2283 billet compressor wheel, selected for its lightweight construction and high efficiency, ensuring rapid spool and strong top-end performance. Extended Tip Technology further broadens the compressor map, delivering exceptional airflow for its size.

To maximize efficiency, the compressor cover is CNC re-profiled in-house to optimized tolerances, ensuring precise clearances and superior aerodynamic performance.

Optimized Airflow Architecture

A CNC-machined billet compressor inlet with a 58 mm diameter opening provides a smooth transition from intake piping to the enlarged compressor, minimizing turbulence and maintaining airflow velocity. The boost outlet is also carefully ported to ensure a seamless path into charge piping, further reducing restriction.

On the exhaust side, the turbine housing is CNC-ported and enlarged from approximately 40 mm to 48 mm, allowing significantly improved exhaust gas flow—especially beneficial when paired with an upgraded manifold.

Advanced Turbine & Thermal Efficiency

The turbine housing is CNC re-profiled to accommodate a larger TTE 9-blade turbine and shaft assembly, increasing gas flow while reducing backpressure and exhaust gas temperatures. This allows safer operation at higher boost pressures and enhances overall engine efficiency.

Durability & Hardware Upgrades

A specially profiled 360° high-performance motorsport journal bearing is installed to ensure durability under increased load without compromising transient response. The turbo is equipped with an uprated sprung actuator and reinforced stainless-steel clamps and hardware for reliable, trouble-free operation. Actuator calibration can also be customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Precision Balancing & Quality Assurance

Every TTE turbocharger is meticulously balanced to exceed OEM standards. Individual components are first balanced at speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes. After assembly, the complete CHRA is dynamically balanced at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using an in-house VSR machine. This rigorous process ensures maximum longevity, optimal acoustics, and peak performance.

Each unit is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, confirming its precision calibration and quality.
