The Heavy-Duty Bar & Plate Construction All-Aluminum Cast End Tanks have been Pressure Tested at 120 psi for Maximum Reliability in Extreme Boost Applications. This intercooler is a true “Drop-in Fit” installation with precise OEM-Style inlet/outlet connections and requires no modifications. In addition, each cooler comes finished in CSF’s Thermal Rejection Powder-Coating for greater cooling performance and a sleek OEM+ look. Thermal Rejection coatings offer up to 15% improvement in heat dissipation over non coated intercoolers.

    This cold side charge pipe is an upgrade over the factory unit and is manufactured from oversized mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum and every bend and TIG weld is completed by hand at the Injen Technology headquarters in Pomona, California. Having an internal diameter of 3.25in, this charge pipe is able to reduce restriction and quickly transfer cool air from the intercooler directly into the engine. The cold side pipe also aides in balancing airflow from the intercooler to improve performance and also helps lower engine damaging exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

The soul of this charge pipe system is with our mandrel-bent, over-sized 2.75″ 6061-T6 aluminum tube that provides a smooth uninterrupted path for highly efficient airflow and a look that will impress every time you open your hood! Being a twin turbo setup, the Y-Pipe was of critical concern and to get the flow balanced just right and for repeatability, our engineers designed a cast Y-piece for harmonized flow and ultimate power. The engineering team also developed precision CNC machined adapter flanges that mimic the OE-Style connections for a simple install.
