This fuel pump is designed for in-tank mounting for use with gasoline and features a compact 39mm diameter that fits most applications. It has an offset inlet design that eases installations and includes a wiring harness, pre filter, internal fuel hose and clamps, end cap and rubber buffer sleeve. Every pump is tested to flow 340 lph at 40 PSI before it is packaged for sale.

AEM’s 400LPH high flow fuel pumps were designed with high performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles in mind! They deliver the same high flow and reliable performance that AEM has become known for at very competitive price. Each pump is individually flow tested and guaranteed to flow 400+ LPH (106 GPH) at 40 PSI (13.5V), which on gasoline will support 1000+ horsepower!* The pumps also maintain their high flowrate even as system pressure increases flowing 330+ LPH at 70 PSI (13.5V) which will support approx. 870 HP* on gasoline! With their compact 39mm body (same size as Walbro 255), low amperage draw, 11mm inlets and 9mm barbed outlet’s these fuel pumps were designed to replace the OEM fuel pump in many applications. The 50-1230 features a double barbed outlet that is ideal for 3/8-inch ID hose where the 50-1235 features a smooth barbed outlet that is compatible with 5/16-inch ID hose. Each pump includes a wiring harness, pre filter, internal fuel hose and clamps, end cap and rubber buffer sleeve.

AEM’s 400LPH High Flow, High-Pressure Fuel Pump (AEM 50-1005) is capable of supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and a whopping 860 HP at 30 psi boost!* It flows 400LPH (100 gph) at 40 PSI, 340LPH (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270LPH (71 gph) at 120 PSI. AEM’s Honda/Acura Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulators are capable of supporting enough fuel flow for engines up to 1000 horsepower. Our patented interchangeable discharge ports enable the regulator’s output to match the output of any fuel pump. A single large discharge orifice is included. AEM includes a custom barb fitting to accommodate the factory fuel hose and the base of each regulator is tapped to accept a -6 AN or 9/16″x18 fittings.

AEM’s Universal High Flow -10 AN Inline Filter is specifically engineered for maximizing flow without sacrificing filtration, and is designed for ease of installation. The end caps are machined with -10AN female fittings that allow the filter to flow up to 12.32 gpm @ 45 PSI and 2.63 gpm @ 6 PSI. Machined O-ring receiver grooves on the end caps ensure against leaks, and all sealing o-rings and gaskets are made of Viton for outstanding performance when using gasoline, alcohol or gasoline/alcohol blended fuels. The commonly available replacement filter cartridges filter particles as small as 7 microns. The filter’s standard 2″ OD allows for easy mounting virtually anywhere in the vehicle for easy access.
