aFe POWER BladeRunner turbo muffler delete pipe replaces the factory turbo muffler located between the turbo compressor outlet and the hot side charge pipe. The straight through oversized design tremendously increases flow and turbocharger sound by creating a smooth transition between the turbo and intercooler tube. CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum then finished in red anodizing also provides superior strength and long lasting durability. This turbo muffler delete kit includes high-quality, stainless-steel, spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and a heavy-duty, 5-ply, polyester reinforced silicone coupling for superior strength and durability. Finished with Red Anodizing and a unique laser-etched aFe Power logo for a custom look. Designed to work with the OE charge pipes only. this item will not work with aFe charge pipe PN: 46-20414-B.

This BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2012-2015 BMW 335i (F30) L6-3.0L (t) with the N55 engine, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 5″ bar and plate core design. This design outflows the factory tube and fin core design, while the 3/16″ TIG-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability. In testing, this intercooler showed flow gains up to 15% and lowers manifold intake air temperatures. End Tanks: The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16″ thick aluminum plates and include two 1/8″ NPT ports for sensors or water-methanol injection. 5″ Bar and Plate Core Design: The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and increased heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fi n design used by the factory. TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded inside and out by a certified craftsmen for strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds while reducing stress cracks.
