With the adaptive KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspensions there are no compromises to be made and you can combine the control of your standard damper system with a seamless suspension lowering and the driving dynamics tuned by KW suspensions experienced engineers. During installation, the factory electronic struts are simply replaced by KW INOX-LINE stainless steel coilover struts and the adaptive KW dampers are connected to the on-board electronics using your vehicles original plugs. Fitting a KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension requires no further modifications. The standard dampers can simply be replaced with the KW DDC (Dynamic Damping Control) coilover kit. The existing controls and the button installed in the vehicle interior for the operation of the damper control will now operate the KW DDC Plug & Play coilovers. For the first time, the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover kit combines the advantages of a KW coilover suspension with the convenience of the standard electronic damper controls. At the push of a button, the driver can choose between the Comfort, Normal and Sport setup optimized for the KW coilover suspension. In addition, the KW coilover suspension allows individual ride height adjustability within the tested Adjustment -angle. Our original equipment quality suspension technology -s compatible with various vehicle manufacturers. As a result, the adaptive KW DDC suspension is instantly recognized by the on-board electronics. So all the displays and controls of your factory vehicle remain fully functional but you get a completely new driving experience.

Designed specifically to maximize comfort KW V2 Comfort coilovers provide a subtle lowering with adjustable ride height and rebound damping adjustability allowing the handling or the comfort to be individually tailored as desired via the integrated rebound adjustment knobs. KW V2 Comfort coilovers offer the perfect compromise of driving dynamics and ride comfort. With the KW V2 Comfort coilover kit, your comfort-oriented driving pleasure is the focus. That’s why our test engineers evaluate the setups on numerous highways and country roads with various road surface types. The KW V2 Comfort coilover kits are suitable for all drivers who want to combine the joy of a decent lowering with driving comfort. With the 16-click adjustable rebound damping (TVR-A-technology), you can tune the KW dampers on the KW V2 Comfort coilover kits to make it more comfortable or sportier. The two-stage, patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound – Adjustable) technology enables a small volume of oil to flow through an adjustable, conically shaped, low-speed bypass during low damper speeds, while in the case of higher damper speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens allowing a larger volume of oil to flow. This provides a big improvement in terms of ride comfort without influencing the safety-relevant high-speed range. There are 16 precise clicks available for individual settings, so you can choose between more comfort or more body control. The KW V2 Comfort coilovers, made using INOX-LINE stainless steel technology, enables a vehicle-specific lowering within the tested adjustment range of 10 to 40 mm.

2004-2010 BMW 6 series (E63/E64) Coupe, Convertible- TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound – Adjustable) technology – allows oil to flow passed an adjustable, conical low-speed bypass during slow damper speeds, while at higher speed, the main rebound stage valve opens for maximum fluid displacement.
