Every Clutch Masters flywheel is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA. Flywheels are first designed in CAD and are then precision CNC machined in house in one of or Haas CNC lathes out of 6061 aluminum or 1045 steel billet cores. After machining, the flywheel is zero balanced to ensure it is evenly weighted on all sides and spins 100% true. Each aluminum flywheel is Type 3 Hard Anodized for the ultimate in durability and protection of the aluminum. All steel flywheels are black oxide coated to add a layer of rust prevention and gives our steel flywheels a unique black finish. The flywheel is then assembled by a Clutch Master Craftsman, double checked for imperfections and tolerances, and is then ready to be paired with one of our FX100-FX500 single disc clutch kits or twin disc options. All flywheels are SFI 1.2 Certified for use in motorsports.
Will work with OEM clutch kit or aftermarket clutch built to OEM specifications. Flywheel is designed to be used with the 240mm E36 M3 pressure plate pattern.
70% Increased Holding CapacityThe FX100 System uses the Power Plus I Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate with a steel backed organic friction material disc. This clutch is engineered for street driven vehicles and is specifically designed for extended wear and additional clamping force for the enthusiast who has added minor bolt-ons such as an exhaust and or intake system, up to 50hp NO2, or other non-forced induction external bolt ons. It features only slightly increased pedal pressure over factory, longer life than stock, and normal clutch feel during engagement and disengagement for a very smooth operation.
Rigid disc clutch kit to work with OEM dual-mass flywheel

70% Increased Holding CapacityThe FX200 System uses the Power Plus I Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate with a steel backed Kevlar friction material disc. This clutch is designed for the street enthusiast or weekend racer. The FX200 offers similar torque holding capacity to the FX100, however, it’s life expectancy is increased 2-3 times with the Kevlar disc. This clutch is a great option if you drive your car aggressively but only have simple bolt-ons. Our Kevlar friction material is non-abrasive and doesn’t score the mating surfaces. It features only slightly increased pedal pressure, significantly longer life than stock, and normal clutch feel during engagement and disengagement for the smoothest operation of any stage we offer.

170% Increase in Holding Capacity – RACE/STREETThe FX400 System uses the Power Plus I, Hi-Levarage, Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate with a custom and extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 6 or 8 ceramic puck configuration. The 6-puck being the more aggressive setup and 8-puck being the less aggressive. The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for long life, outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation.
