This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4 System is available with a spacer system to retain the factory Coilover shocks and rear Performance shocks.

Fabtech’s Uniball Upper Control Arms provide increased strength to the front suspension by replacing the stock ball joint upper arms that can become worn and eventually fail under aggressive offroad use. These heavy duty upper arms are designed for longevity in rugged offroad conditions. They also feature increased caster compared to the stock arms. The increased caster helps to balance steering effort with oversized tires. The top quality construction of these arms includes .120 in. wall 1.25 in. OD 4130 Chromoly tubing steel tubing. This is superior to the stock plastic arms. Yes, the stock arms are plastic. Fabtech arms will add rigidity and strength to the Ram suspension. High quality 1 in. FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniball bearings are utilized in place of the small factory ball joints and allow for increased travel without bind. These super stout Ram upper control arms are designed for strength in offroad conditions while providing a more positive on road feel. These heavy duty arms attach to the frame with quality urethane bushings. This helps reduce road noise with less deflection than stock rubber resulting in a more positive road feel.
