Fabtechs cutting edge RTS(TM) system has now been developed for the all new GM HD platform. The 6 RTS(TM) utilizes a patent pending bracket system that keep the torsion bars raised up, in the stock location. This feature provides superior ground clearance at the frame as there are no torsion bars hanging down to become high centered on or damaged when offroading.. The 6 RTS(TM) system has been designed with unitized bracketry to retain the four front compression stops of the vehicle as GM intended. This distributes impact loads across a wide section of the frame rather than at a single point.High arched crossmembers and front differential skid plate are constructed of 1/4 thick steel to resist bending from hard front suspension impacts. Only 1/4 thick steel provides the rigidity and strength necessary to relocate the torsion bars, bump stops and lower control arms properly. Minimal heavy duty bracketry allow for a fast installation time with only two holes to drill and no cutting of the front diff housing. The 6 RTS(TM) system allows the use of both 18 and 20 diameter wheels.

Fabtechs 2 Wheel Drive lift spindles not only increases the vehicles height but provides increased front-end ground clearancewhile providing a stock like ride. Lift spindles are compatible with Fabtechs Performance Suspension systems or may be installedon stock suspensions. The one-piece cast design directly replaces the factory units for a quick; easy; no weld installation. Allspindles are engineered to accept factory ball joints and feature a press in axle snub design for superior strength and longevity.The S10 spindle can be installed without the need for costly wheel spacers. All Fabtech spindles will accept stock tires and wheels.

Dirt Logic Stainless Steel reservoir shocks have been upgraded with black anodized 6061 Aluminum reservoir bodies. This includes both piggyback and remote reservoir shocks. The Aluminum resi construction allows for greater heat dissipation thereby keeping the shock cooler to reduce fade during aggressive offroad use. Finally each Dirt Logic piston rod has been upgraded to a NitroSteel(R) material that is super hard while providing increased corrosion resistance compared to chromed piston rods. Get the finest ride with maximum corrosion resistance only from Dirt Logic shocks. In addition to the specific Dirt Logics for each suspension system, there is also a line of universal Dirt Logic shocks available in reservoir and non-reservoir styles, ranging from 8 to 16 inches of stroke. Front lift includes replacement Coil Springs. The replacement Coil Springs provide a quality highway ride with good offroad capability. To enhance the Coil Spring front suspension we offer a Multiple Shock system for increased dampening capacity offroad. This system includes Trac Bar bracketry, Pitman Arm, End Links, Bump Stops, and a transmission mount with rear lift coming from a Block and U bolt system. Our Hummer system is constructed much like all of our IFS systems with extended steering knuckles and high clearance crossmembers but the similarities stop there. To properly address the H2’s fulltime transfer case we include a CV style front driveshaft with this system to provide smooth driveline operation. Also unique to this system is two 1/4” thick skid plates, one for the front differential and one for the transfer case. Rear lift on factory air bag H2’s comes from a super stout bag spacer while coil spring models receive replacement coil springs that are driver and passenger specific. Includes front and rear 2.25 Dirt Logic Stainless Steel shocks.
