2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD, GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD – Fits 3.5in Lifts Only. Fabtech’s Uniball Upper Control Arms provide increased strength to the front suspension by replacing the stock ball joint upper arms that can become worn and eventually fail under aggressive offroad use. These heavy duty upper arms are designed for longevity in rugged offroad conditions. They also feature additional caster compared to stock upper arms for superior on road use with oversized tires. The top quality construction of these arms include .120in wall 1.50in OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and American made 1in FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs. The 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated Uniball pins fit into the factory ball joint tapers without modification to the spindle for easy return to stock feature. Fabtech uses 17-4 Stainless steel for the misalignments that provide proper clearance of the 1in Uniballs throughout the travel range. On the frame side of the upper arms, there are quality urethane bushings that help reduce road noise while providing longevity. This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4 System is available with a spacer system to retain the factory Coilover shocks and rear Performance shocks.

This Gladiator lift kit has been tuned with proper dual rate coil springs and shock valving to provide a very compliant ride that you will appreciate. The system is a complete short arm suspension that utilizes the factory lower control arm mounts for an easy installation. The Fabtech lower link arms are constructed of thick wall steel tubing that are guaranteed never to bend. They come with large polyurethane bushings on one end with internal threads on the other to accept the groundbreaking Fabtech 5 Ton Joint(R) for longevity and a quiet ride. Fabtech’s dual rate Gladiator coil springs are corner specific to the Jeep JT. This keeps the vehicle level side to side and allows for increased suspension travel. The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. To address the steering geometry with the increased ride height, a Draglink Flip kit along with a heavy duty Track Bar bracket is included. This relocates the Gladiator steering geometry to the factory plane allowing for full articulation without binding the draglink ends in extreme conditions. The rear Gladiator suspension receives a heavy duty Track Bar bracket to center the axle under the vehicle with the new ride height and help retain the factory roll center of the vehicle. This Sport lift kit is Fabtech’s most popular Jeep system providing increased ride height and suspension performance at a great price. Installation is easy and can be installed in a couple hours. The Sport lift kit features American made front coil springs that are a dual rate design allowing extended suspension travel for offroad use while providing a smooth highway ride. The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. The rear of the vehicle receives coil spring spacers retaining the factory ride and load carrying capacity. The spacer height is 1-3/4 in. to help level the stance of the vehicle. Four bump stops extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression. The extensions retain the stock down travel to eliminate over cycling of the suspension and driveline.

The stainless steel Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover offers a noticeable increase in ride quality and high speed damping that Jeep owners will appreciate. This bolt on system retains the factory Jeep Wrangler coil spring bucket for an easy installation. Heavy duty axle brackets provide clearance for 9 in. wide wheels with 4.5 in. back spacing and 13.50 in. wide tires.
