The 2017+ Ford Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke is one of the most capable and reliable trucks on the road today. But, when Mishimoto heard about 6.7L Powerstroke air-to-water intercoolers leaking internally, we set to work making the 6.7L Powerstroke even better. The Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler brings even more reliability to the 6.7L by ditching the stamped and stacked plate stock design. Instead, our intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to the robust bar-and-plate core. The cast end-tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks. Further durability is added by the inclusion of a mandrel-bent cold-side pipe and silicone couplers with Duracoreandtrade

Mishimoto is excited to expand our line of Ford Powerstroke cooling products to the 2017+ 6.7L Powerstroke with our all-aluminum, direct-fit radiator. We’ve taken our experience with previous generations of Powerstroke cooling products and combined it to create a larger, stronger, and more capable primary radiator for the 2017+ 6.7L Powerstroke. Extruded tubes with internal struts help distribute stress and provide greater strength and pressure tolerance. Our rubberized upper mounting peg design is carried over from our 6.4L and previous generation 6.7L Powerstroke radiators as well. These rubberized pegs help absorb frame flex and redirect it away from the radiator’s core. Increased reliability wasn’t our only goal for this 6.7L Powerstroke radiator, however. The 14-percent increase in core volume, 68-percent increase in surface area, and 62-percent increase in coolant capacity add up to a radiator that’s capable of cooling even the most demanding truck. Of course, this 2017+ 6.7L Powerstroke primary radiator is backed by our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, so you never have to worry about buying another radiator again.

High-output engines require high-flow crankcase ventilation. Our high-flow catch can utilizes a high-capacity bottom with a 5.3 fl. oz. capacity. The CNC-machined lid includes large, M27 x 2.0 inlets and outlets to let your crankcase breathe. Inside the can is a CNC-machined baffle with integrated filter that lets crankcase gases flow through while filtering out potentially harmful fuel, oil, and water vapors. Like our compact baffled oil catch can, our high-flow catch can and filter are fully serviceable for easy draining and cleaning. To make this kit a direct fit for your 2017-2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, Mishimoto includes a custom-engineered, 3mm-thick steel bracket. This bracket mounts the can in an easy to access location for quick servicing. The 10R80 transmission found in your 2017-2020 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost may be new to the scene, but it’s proving capable of handling the power of the potent 3.5L. Our performance air intake for the 2017-2020 Honda Civic Si is finally here! This intake was engineered specifically for the new turbocharged Civic and is a direct-fit modification that will provide enhanced engine performance and improved throttle response – plus it will add a little flair under the hood! This intake has a unique and aggressive tone under acceleration and boost that will be very noticeable. The steel wire reinforced silicone intake arm improves airflow and keeps intake air temperatures under control as opposed to an aluminum design. The black-powdercoated steel airbox covers and protects the Mishimoto high performance air filter from engine bay heat and eliminates the possibility of hydrolock with the placement being closer to the hood. The box makes use of the stock air diverter found right underneath the hood that directed airflow into the stock airbox. The MAF housing has a venturi-style inlet, bringing in much smoother airflow compared to the conventional MAF housing design. This intake makes consistent dyno-proven gains of about 4hp and 4ft-lbs of torque and was designed in the USA at our Delaware headquarters.
