Hotchkis Sport Suspension 2285 1997-04 C5 Corvette Sport Sway Bar Set (w/o end links). These Hotchkis C5 hollow tube bars measure 1.25-inches in front and 1 -inches in the rear and are 115% stiffer than stock Z51 in front and are adjustable from +60% to 150% stiffer in the rear. The result is dramatically improved cornering potential chassis balance and steering response. Besides offering exceptional handling improvements for street driving Hotchkis sway bars work extremely well in autocross road course and open road racing applications. The lightweight hollow sway bars are formed on a CNC machine powder coated gloss black for durability and come with special high durometer dry lube impregnated rubber bushings. This Lightweight 1 in. adjustable tubular steel rear sway bar has three settings to make it +60% +100% and +150% stiffer than a stock Z51 and is finished in Gloss Black powder coat. The kit includes oil impregnated rubber bushings and is sold without end links. This Hotchkis Sport Suspension Rear Sway Bar dramatically improves cornering potential and because it is adjustable allows the suspension to be finely tuned. Hotchkis Sport Suspension has significantly increased the handling performance of the E46 with the addition of our Tubular Sway Bar Set. Bar diameters are 30mm front and 25mm rear. Both are adjustable for fine tuning with the front being 3 position and the rear 2 position. Hotchkis utilizes special adaptor plates for the rear bushing brackets which allow the use of a standard bushing brackets instead of having to struggle with the oe tabbed brackets. This benefit allows for a zerk fitting and additional strength over the rear subframe.
