Turbosmart GenV Twin Port Internal Wastegate Actuator to suit Borg Warner EFR Series Turbochargers. This IWG actuator, has it all taking technology from the Award winning GenV range of External Wastegates providing unparalleled actuator performance.
Turbosmart Internal Wastegate Actuator provides better turbo response and greater sensitivity when managing boost pressures.
This is a bolt on fitment for the Borg Warner EFR Series turbocharger including Single and Twin Scroll B1 & B2 Turbochargers. Accessories are supplied to adapt to all variants, including all spring options.

• 3 Secondary rods included to ensure fitment to all B1 & B2 single & twin scroll EFR’s
• Hard chromed Intermediate rod & nitride guide for cycle tested & proven reliability
• True Twin Port Control for a wide boost control window
• Proprietary Swivel Joint for complete linear actuation
• GenV cap including 1/8 NPT reference ports

Turbosmart Upgraded Wastegate Actuators have been developed to provide the maximum possible boost response for your factory frame turbocharger. The Turbosmart IWG75 Series of upgraded Actuators benefit from an increased ‘Working Ratio’ over the factory equipment resulting in improved boost response throughout the RPM range.
Ford F150 Eco boost Internal Wastegate Actuator (IWG) provides better turbo response and greater sensitivity when managing boost pressures.
Factory turbochargers as fitted to the Ford EcoBoost powered F150 (only suitable for mechanical actuator fitment, will not suit electronic actuators)
