    Already installed the Mishimoto charge pipe kit onto your WRX? Now you need to go all the way to ensure that your WRX is seeing maximum charge temp drops! The stock top-mount intercooler is prone to head soak during repeated wide open throttle pulls and during track use. Mishimoto engineers spent months designing and testing this new intercooler to ensure optimum performance on both the street and track. This intercooler utilizes durable cast aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to a highly efficient, dense bar-and-plate core. The Mishimoto intercooler has a 4″ thick core and a total volume of 625 in3, making it one of the largest topmount intercoolers you can buy. Thanks to this volume and a very dense offset fin pitch, we are able to optimize heat transfer and support vehicles from stock up to 500 whp. This intercooler endured rigorous testing, showing a 35 F temperature drop as well as a +15 whp and +8 wtq bolt-on power increase for our test vehicle equipped with a Mishimoto downpipe and stage 2 EcuTek tune. Installation is simple, requires no modification to any parts in the engine bay, and can be completed in under 1 hour. This intercooler bolts right up to the Mishimoto or some other aftermarket charge pipes with the supplied hot side silicone coupler. The awesome, 4 piece Mishimoto air splitter is included with this intercooler as well, this will help divert the maximum amount of air into your intercooler. The kit also includes a silicone intercooler to throttle-body hose for maximum durability under high boost. The introduction of the S55 into the M3 and M4 in 2015 was the first that the compact M’s saw turbos from the factory, but these engines brought along another long-standing tradition – Blow-by.The Mishimoto BMW M3/M4 catch can kit uses proven engineering from the patent pending Mishimoto 2-Port Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can, with its 50-micron bronze filter and internal baffle to better separate the oil from the crankcase vapors. The engineers at Mishimoto designed a CNC-machined lid that features large inlet and outlet ports in order to match the inner dimension of the CCV hose. This baffled oil catch can defends your intercooler, intake system, and VANOS system from oil blow-by and helps maintain proper octane levels to reduce potential detonation.The kit comes with two direct-fit hoses, which require no modification to the engine cover, and one direct-fit billet aluminum mounting bracket that is extremely easy to install and mounts the can in a serviceable location! Two aluminum, 3/4in barb fittings connect the hoses to the can.     BMW has a knack for maintaining their stake as the benchmark when it comes to performance luxury vehicles, with the F8X generation being no exception. The S55 that powers the 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3, M4 and M2 Competition is dripping with technology, which includes an air-to-water intercooling system for a means of keeping cool. Where BMW’s intercooler design was enough to help bring this generation of mid-sized M’s to their peak, we here at Mishimoto found some weaknesses that we felt obliged to improve on. We started with the end tanks. The Mishimoto Performance Air-to-Water Intercooler features full, cast aluminum end tanks, TIG welded to our bar-and-plate core for maximum durability as you increase the boost in your Bimmer. Our end tanks also include internal air diverters on both the inlet and outlet to ensure an even flow of charged air through the core. When it comes to the core, bigger is better, and we were able to expand the size of our core in all dimensions, resulting in a 29-percent increase in core volume while abstaining from any modifications when it comes to installation. Our new core also features a unique single-pass internal fin layout for the coolant passage for optimal heat transfer from the charged air to the coolant. With our improvements combined, we saw the Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3 and M4 Performance Intercooler increase flow through the core by 16-percent and recorded a 12 F drop in intake air temperatures when tested with the Mishimoto Performance Heat Exchanger. We also recorded an average increase of 11whp and 8wtq during our testing with peak gains of up to 31whp and 10wtq. It’s a common problem with the factory plastic charge pipes to crack under pressure, or split at the seams, a less than idea situation as you pilot your M3 or M4 in any situation. We created a brand new design for the charge pipes that inspire more confidence in handling the boost pressure. Our design features a full aluminum construction, with a cast mid-section designed specifically to squeeze past the intake. Our charge pipe kit also includes a pair of matte black silicone couplers for a sleek and secure connection to the intercooler. The non-descript silver box is out and the stylish new Mishimoto Performance Air-to-Water Intercooler is in. With a stylish new look, our new design fits perfectly, both in terms of installation and aesthetic, in the M3 and M4’s engine bay. The beauty is more than just skin deep too. Our improved core design features a bar-and-plate core with a 29-percent increase in core volume, as well as a unique single-pass coolant flow layout for optimal heat transfer.     Improve the cooling capacity on your 2015-2020 BMW M3 or M4 with the Mishimoto Performance Heat Exchanger. Air-to-water intercooling is the means of more efficient heat transfer from the charged air, but it now requires an additional heat exchanger mounted to the front of the vehicle in order to dissipate the transferred heat. The S55 powering the F8X generation of the M?s packs quite a punch and while the BMW engineers laid a solid foundation for dissipating the heat from the intercooling system, but we saw some room to improve. We started by eliminating any bits of plastic from the design, and replacing the end tanks, and ports with durable aluminum. We kept the dual-pass flow through the core for maximum cooling properties, while expanding the core into the available space. Our new design features a 42mm thick core while extending the height by 150mm totaling in a 60-percent increase in core volume and adding 180-percent to the external fin surface area. The end result of our improvements is a 9 F drop in global intercooling system temperatures over the stock unit. Size isn?t the only thing that matters with this heat exchanger. Since the heat exchanger sits front and center in the M3 and M4?s cooling stack, It’s susceptible to damage from road debris. To keep your air-to-water system safe, our heat exchanger comes equipped with a steel mesh stone guard for an added layer of protection for the fins. We also incorporated a variable fin pitch for the lower 12 rows on the core in order to facilitate cooling to DCT equipped M?s. Finally, our 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3/M4 Performance Heat Exchanger also includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a worry-free install.

    Add some much needed durability and cooling power to your M3 or M4 with the Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW M3/M4 Performance Oil Cooler. True to form, the engineers at BMW designed the M3/M4’s oil cooler with an efficient use of space in mind. Suspended perpendicular from the rest of the cooling stack, this location utilizes the Bimmer’s aerodynamics in order to cool the oil, all while putting the light weight, tube-and-fin cooler in harms way of road hazards. We here at Mishimoto made sure to beef up the oil cooler design for the F80/82 with our performance oil cooler. We ditched the lightweight design for a full aluminum, TIG-welded bar-and-plate cooler for added strength and cooling. The bars and plates are a much more robust form of heat exchanger core construction intended for improved heat transfer and have the strength to shrug off potential road debris, keeping your oil temps down, and where It’should be. We also added 10mm to the core?s thickness, equating in a 46-percent increase in core volume and increased the oil capacity by .4 qt. The Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW M3/M4 Performance Oil Cooler fits directly in place of the stock unit, and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a simplified and worry-free installation.
