Fabtech’s Uniball Upper Control Arms provide increased strength to the front suspension by replacing the stock ball joint upper arms that can become worn and eventually fail under aggressive offroad use. These heavy duty upper arms are designed for longevity in rugged offroad conditions. They also feature additional caster compared to stock upper arms for superior on road use with oversized tires. The top quality construction of these arms include .120 in. wall 1.50 in. OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and American made 1 in. FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs. The 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated Uniball pins fit into the factory ball joint tapers without modification to the spindle for easy return to stock feature. Fabtech uses 17-4 Stainless steel for the misalignments that provide proper clearance of the 1 in. Uniballs throughout the travel range. On the frame side of the upper arms, there are quality urethane bushings that help reduce road noise while providing longevity. This high quality system has been designed to retain the factory load carrying capacity and ride of the vehicle with minimal parts. The factory Ram Radius Arms are relocated with heavy duty 1/4 in. thick steel brackets for proper caster with the 5 in. lift. Super stout front and rear Track Bar drop brackets center the axles under the vehicle with the new ride height. The stock coil springs are retained with angular steel spacers to retain the factory front spring bow. This is an important feature with the stock springs as Chrysler designed the bow to aid in their unique alignment specs and ride. Flat spacers do not provide this. The rear coil springs are also retained with steel spacers keeping the weight carrying capacity of the vehicle intact. A Fabtech innovation with this Ram lift kit is the heavy duty steel front bump extensions. They retain the stock bump stop cushions for progressive damping and will not allow the suspension to over travel. This is a superior feature compared to replacement long length urethane bump stops as they can push out under harsh conditions and allow over traveling.

This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4 System is available with a spacer system to retain the factory Coilover shocks and rear Performance shocks.

Fabtech’s Jeep JL Tube Fenders have been designed to allow the installation of oversized tires for offroad use while providing additional protection to the vehicle. The Tube Fenders directly replace the factory fenders bolting into the same mounting holes for an easy installation. These rugged Tube Fenders are constructed of 1.50 OD x .095 wall steel tubing with a .060 thick steel top plate. This construction is extremely durable in absorbing side impacts from large objects when driving in tight offroad conditions.The JL Tube Fenders are a narrow design compared to the factory fender. The front fenders measure 7.5 in. wide while the rears are 4.5 in. wide. The front fenders include a plug and play LED light kit. There is no cutting and splicing of the factory wiring required for installation. The light kit features LED Daytime Running lights, turn signals and side marker lights for Rubicon, Sahara and Moab models. For Sport and Sport S models that do not have factory Daytime Running Lights, the light kit will function as turn signals and marker lights only. This Sport lift kit is Fabtech’s most popular Jeep system providing increased ride height and suspension performance at a great price. Installation is easy and can be installed in a couple hours. The Sport lift kit features American made front coil springs that are a dual rate design allowing extended suspension travel for offroad use while providing a smooth highway ride. The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. The rear of the vehicle receives coil spring spacers retaining the factory ride and load carrying capacity. The spacer height is 1-3/4 in. to help level the stance of the vehicle. Four bump stops extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression. The extensions retain the stock down travel to eliminate over cycling of the suspension and driveline.

The best shocks only get better with all new Stainless Steel and Aluminum construction. High grade 304 Stainless Steel shock bodies eclipse all other shocks on the market for maximum corrosion resistance. Each Stainless Steel shock body receives a finely detailed machine finish for a stunning appearance. Dirt Logic Stainless Steel reservoir shocks have been upgraded with black anodized 6061 Aluminum reservoir bodies. This includes both piggyback and remote reservoir shocks. The Aluminum resi construction allows for greater heat dissipation thereby keeping the shock cooler to reduce fade during aggressive offroad use. Finally each Dirt Logic piston rod has been upgraded to a NitroSteel(R) material that is super hard while providing increased corrosion resistance compared to chromed piston rods. Get the finest ride with maximum corrosion resistance only from Dirt Logic shocks. In addition to the specific Dirt Logics for each suspension system, there is also a line of universal Dirt Logic shocks available in reservoir and non-reservoir styles, ranging from 8 to 16 inches of stroke. These universal shocks are sold with universal hardware kits for easy installation. Dirt Logic 2.0 and 2.25 shocks feature urethane bushings in the mounting points to reduce road noise and rattling associated with spherical bearings. Dirt Logic coilover shocks utilize spherical bearings at each end for increased strength along with urethane misalignment cups in the top caps. The misalignment cups keep the road noise transferred through spherical bearings to a minimum. Dirt Logic 2.5 and 4.0 coilover shocks use coil springs made to the highest quality standards possible. All Dirt Logic coils posses the ability to go solid without breaking, settling or bowing. All Dirt Logic coilover shocks come preset with the proper amount of preload so they can be bolted on without any further adjustment necessary. Dirt Logics are available with or without an external reservoir.
