TTE’s 9-blade low-mass turbine wheels are installed in the turbine housings, enhancing exhaust flow, reducing gas temperatures at high boost, and ensuring rapid spool response. The upgraded bearing packs provide long-term reliability, even under extreme track conditions. Precision Balancing & Longevity

• Individual components are statically balanced at up to 2,800 RPM using high-precision machinery.

• After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced in multiple planes at speeds up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR system.

This multi-stage process achieves an equilibrium far beyond OEM standards, improving not only performance and longevity but also acoustic quality. Every turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, ensuring transparency and quality assurance.
