Designed to deliver up to 750PS, these turbochargers combine precision engineering, motorsport-grade components, and uncompromising reliability.

Engineered & Enhanced

At the heart of the TTE750 is a larger BorgWarner compressor wheel, selected for its exceptional efficiency and high-flow capability relative to its size. The re-profiled compressor cover ensures optimized tolerances, maximizing compressor efficiency across the entire performance range.

A special 360° high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted to handle increased loads while maintaining rapid transient response. The actuator is a sprung OE unit calibrated at 0.8 bar crack pressure (optionally 1.0 bar), ensuring precise boost control under demanding conditions.

Precision Balance & Longevity

Achieving the ultimate balance is critical for both performance and durability. Every TTE turbocharger undergoes meticulous balancing at multiple stages:

1. Component-Level Balancing: Each individual part is balanced up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our specialized single-part machine.

2. Dynamic CHRA Balancing: Assembled turbochargers are dynamically balanced at speeds up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application, using our in-house VSR machine.

This rigorous process ensures performance, longevity, and acoustic refinement, far exceeding OEM standards. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, verifying its precision and readiness for high-performance applications.
