TTE750 5154 PORSCHE 993 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGERS
Introducing the TTE750 performance upgrade turbochargers, engineered specifically for the Porsche 993 platform. Based on the original K24 turbochargers, each unit is comprehensively reworked and enhanced to achieve a significantly higher output specification, supporting up to 750PS.
Engineered & Enhanced
At the heart of the TTE750 upgrade is a larger BorgWarner compressor wheel, selected for its exceptional aerodynamic efficiency and impressive airflow capability relative to its size. This advanced compressor technology enables substantial power gains while maintaining responsive characteristics.
To maximize efficiency, the compressor cover is precisely re-profiled and CNC-machined to optimized tolerances. This ensures peak compressor performance, improved flow dynamics, and consistent boost delivery across the rev range.
A specially developed 360-degree high-performance motorsport journal bearing system is installed to withstand increased loads and elevated boost pressures. This upgraded bearing configuration ensures long-term durability without compromising transient response.
The turbochargers are equipped with a sprung OE actuator calibrated to a 0.8 bar crack pressure as standard, with a 1.0 bar option available upon request.
Precision Balance & Quality Assurance
Precision balancing is fundamental to every TTE upgrade turbocharger. Longevity, reliability, acoustic refinement, and peak performance all depend on achieving exact equilibrium.
Each component is initially balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using specialized single-part balancing equipment. Following assembly, the complete CHRA undergoes dynamic high-speed balancing on our in-house VSR machine at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, again across multiple planes.
This meticulous process ensures a balancing standard that significantly exceeds OEM specifications. Every TTE750 turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, providing documented proof of its precision engineering and quality control.
