Advanced Compressor Technology

For the TTE750, TTE utilizes next-generation, large-milled compressor wheels crafted from high-strength aluminum with ultra-thin blades. These wheels are larger than the factory units and feature extended tip technology, enabling significantly higher air mass flow while maintaining rapid spool response.

Optimized Turbine Performance

The turbine wheels are also upgraded to a larger size, with precision-clipped blades designed to maximize exhaust flow and improve overall efficiency. Standard compressor and exhaust housings are CNC-machined to accommodate these enhanced components seamlessly.

Precision Balancing for Longevity and Performance

Achieving perfect balance is critical for both performance and durability. Every TTE turbocharger undergoes meticulous balancing in multiple stages:

1. Component Balancing: Individual parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using specialized single-part machinery.

2. Dynamic CHRA Balancing: After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced according to application requirements at speeds up to 250,000 RPM using TTE’s in-house VSR machine, achieving equilibrium standards far exceeding OEM specifications.
