The TTE740 turbochargers are meticulously upgraded by replacing the original compressors with larger, high-efficiency billet compressor wheels, optimized for rapid spool and peak airflow. The compressor cover is CNC-milled to achieve the ideal clearance for the new compressor profile, ensuring optimal performance. On the exhaust side, larger 9-blade turbines are installed to enhance exhaust flow, reduce gas temperatures at higher boost levels, and improve overall efficiency. Coupled with the TTE Motorsport upgrade bearing pack, these turbos provide exceptional durability and reliability under demanding conditions.

Balanced for Longevity and Reliability

Achieving perfect balance is critical for turbocharger longevity and performance. Every TTE740 unit undergoes a two-stage precision balancing process:

1. Individual Component Balancing: All parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using our single-part balancing machine.

2. Dynamic CHRA Balancing: The assembled turbo is dynamically balanced in-house at speeds up to 250,000 RPM, depending on application, using our VSR machine, achieving a level of equilibrium far exceeding OEM standards.
