The TTE740+ upgrade turbocharger system is engineered for high-performance applications on the BMW S55 B30 HAS engine. Supplied with oversized inlets, this package is based on the original Mitsubishi bi-turbo configuration and is designed for true plug-and-play installation, ensuring seamless fitment without compromise.

Developed as a performance-focused upgrade stage, the TTE740+ delivers significant power potential while maintaining reliability, drivability, and OEM-level integration.

Precision Balancing & Equilibrium

Achieving perfect equilibrium is a critical requirement for every TTE upgrade turbocharger, as both long-term durability and peak performance depend on it. Proper balancing not only enhances reliability but also improves acoustic refinement and overall operating smoothness.

Each TTE turbocharger undergoes an extensive, multi-stage balancing process:

• Individual rotating components are initially balanced at low speeds of up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using dedicated single-part balancing machinery.

• Once assembled, the complete CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is dynamically balanced at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application. This is carried out in multiple planes using our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) system.

This meticulous process results in balance tolerances that exceed OEM standards, ensuring optimal efficiency, reduced vibration, and maximum service life.

Each turbocharger set is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report, providing full traceability and documented quality assurance.
