TTE710 6660 EA839 3.0 TFSI UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER

The TTE710 Turbocharger is engineered for the EA839 3.0 TFSI platform, delivering an exceptional balance of high power output, rapid response, and true plug-and-play installation. Representing our second-stage upgrade, the TTE710 is based on the original turbocharger architecture, optimized to achieve significantly increased airflow and power potential.

Compared to the TTE510, this upgrade features a substantially larger, proven TTE billet compressor wheel combined with an upgraded 9-blade high-flow turbine, making the TTE710 a purpose-built solution for serious performance gains while maintaining excellent drivability.

Recommended Supporting Modifications

For optimal results and maximum performance, the following upgrades are strongly recommended:

• High-performance intercooler

• Upgraded downpipe and sports catalytic converter

• Full performance exhaust system

• Upgraded turbo intake system

Special attention must be given to the turbo inlet size. Any inlet smaller than 66 mm will restrict airflow and limit the turbocharger’s performance potential.

Precision Balancing & Equilibrium

Precision balancing is a critical element of every TTE turbocharger, ensuring superior performance, durability, and refined acoustics. All components are first individually balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using our dedicated single-part balancing equipment.

Once assembled, each CHRA undergoes high-speed dynamic balancing on our in-house VSR balancing system, reaching speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application. This meticulous process achieves balance tolerances that exceed OEM standards.

Every TTE710 turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, providing full traceability and confirmation of quality.
