The TTE6XX represents our latest-generation hybrid performance turbocharger, engineered from the original OEM unit for the BMW B58 3.0-liter inline-six turbocharged engine. Designed for enthusiasts seeking exceptional drivability with substantial power gains, the TTE6XX delivers ultra-fast spool, razor-sharp throttle response, and class-leading performance potential.

This upgrade is supplied complete with the TTE High-Flow Turbo Intake, featuring OEM-spec construction, including the factory electrical heater and breather connections. The result is a true plug-and-play solution that integrates seamlessly with the vehicle, ensuring OEM-level fitment and reliability.

Engineered & Enhanced Performance

To create the TTE6XX, the original compressor assembly is comprehensively re-engineered. A significantly larger, high-efficiency billet compressor wheel with advanced extended-tip technology is employed, while the compressor housing is precision-machined to achieve optimal clearances tailored to the new wheel profile.

On the exhaust side, the factory turbine is replaced with a larger 9-blade high-flow turbine, designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures while substantially increasing power capacity. Despite the larger dimensions, careful attention to mass ensures excellent boost response and rapid spool characteristics. The result is a highly responsive, lightweight hybrid turbocharger capable of supporting 600+ horsepower, setting a new benchmark in its class.

Precision Balance & Ultimate Equilibrium

Turbocharger balancing is a critical cornerstone of all TTE upgrades, where durability, refinement, and performance are non-negotiable. Superior balance not only enhances longevity but also improves acoustic behavior and overall smoothness.

Each component is initially balanced at low speeds (up to 2,800 RPM) across multiple planes using dedicated single-part balancing equipment. Once assembled, the CHRA is dynamically balanced on our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, again across multiple planes. This meticulous process achieves a balance standard that exceeds OEM specifications.

Every TTE6XX turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, providing full traceability and assurance of quality.
