The TTE6XX represents the pinnacle of hybrid performance turbocharging for the BMW B58 inline-six 3.0L turbocharged engine. Designed as a direct upgrade to the OEM turbo, it delivers lightning-fast spool, exceptional throttle response, and significantly increased power output, making it ideal for enthusiasts seeking both performance and reliability.

Engineered for Maximum Performance

The TTE6XX begins with the original BMW compressor, which is replaced with a larger, highly efficient billet wheel featuring Extended Tip Technology. The compressor cover is precisely machined to optimize clearances for the new profile, ensuring superior airflow and efficiency.

On the exhaust side, the original turbine is replaced with a high-flow 9-blade turbine, reducing EGTs while increasing power potential without compromising boost response. Its lightweight design preserves rapid spool characteristics often lost in other upgrades. This combination produces a class-leading hybrid capable of 600+ hp.

Included with every turbo is the TTE High-Flow Turbo Intake, fully compatible with the OEM electrical heater and breather connections.

Performance is nothing without reliability. Each TTE turbocharger is meticulously balanced to exceed OEM standards, ensuring both longevity and smooth operation.

• Component Balancing: Individual parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using our single-part balancing machine.

• CHRA Dynamic Balancing: After assembly, the CHRA undergoes dynamic balancing up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes with our in-house VSR machine, achieving ultimate equilibrium.

This rigorous process not only maximizes performance and durability but also improves acoustic quality. Every turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report for complete verification.
