1. Component Balancing – Individual parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using our dedicated single-part machine.

2. CHRA Dynamic Balancing – Assembled cores are dynamically balanced using our in-house VSR machine, reaching up to 250,000 RPM depending on application. This ensures ultimate equilibrium, far exceeding OEM standards.
