The TTE670 5046 VTG represents the first stage in our upgrade program for the 997.1 platform. It retains the original smaller 997.1 exhaust turbine housings and modified turbine wheels, ensuring responsive spool characteristics, while delivering enhanced power through a larger billet compressor.

Precision Equilibrium

Achieving precise balance is a cornerstone of TTE turbocharger performance and reliability. Superior balance not only enhances longevity but also improves acoustic quality. Each TTE turbocharger undergoes meticulous multi-stage balancing:

1. Component-Level Balancing: Individual parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using our dedicated single-parts machine.

2. CHRA Assembly & Dynamic Balancing: After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at speeds up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application, using our in-house VSR machine.

This rigorous process ensures an equilibrium far beyond OEM standards. Every turbocharger is accompanied by a serial-numbered balance test certificate, providing full traceability and peace of mind.
