Welcome to the TTE650 upgrade turbocharger package, engineered specifically for the 3.6L engine platform. This performance stage has been meticulously developed to deliver substantial power gains while maintaining excellent spool characteristics and everyday drivability.

For the TTE650 Stage, the original compressor units are replaced with advanced, larger TTE billet compressor wheels featuring extended-tip technology. This modern compressor design significantly enhances airflow efficiency, resulting in increased power output and improved throttle response.

The original 996 Turbo K16 turbine wheels are retained but precisely clipped to optimize exhaust gas flow. This modification improves overall turbine efficiency, reduces exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and supports higher performance levels. To ensure durability under demanding conditions, a motorsport-grade bearing system is integrated, enhancing reliability and supporting sustained high-speed operation.

The result is a fast-spooling, highly responsive turbocharger upgrade that delivers substantial power increases while preserving drivability and reliability.

Precision Balance – The TTE Equilibrium Standard

Precision balancing is a critical element of every TTE turbocharger. Longevity, performance, and acoustic refinement all depend on achieving optimal rotational equilibrium.

Each component undergoes a multi-stage balancing process:

• Component-Level Balancing: Individual parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using specialized single-part balancing equipment.

• CHRA Dynamic Balancing: Once assembled, the complete CHRA (Core Hub Rotating Assembly) is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) machine.

This rigorous process ensures a balance standard that exceeds OEM specifications. Every TTE650 turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, verifying the precision and quality of the unit.
