Introducing the TTE600 Turbochargers, engineered specifically for the Porsche 911 Carrera and Carrera T 3.0 platforms. Designed to deliver the ultimate blend of power, responsiveness, and true plug-and-play fitment, the TTE600 represents the first major upgrade step while retaining the original OE turbocharger housings.

With the appropriate software calibration, the TTE600 is capable of producing 600 PS at relatively low boost pressures. The result is a substantial increase in top-end power with only minimal compromise in response—achieving an exceptional balance between high-output performance and rapid spool characteristics.

Engineered & Enhanced

Each TTE600 unit begins life as a genuine OE turbocharger, comprehensively re-engineered using predominantly high-quality BorgWarner components.

Precision Machined Compressor System

The compressor covers are CNC-machined in-house to achieve optimal tolerances, ensuring proper fitment while maximizing the efficiency of our larger, advanced billet TTE compressor wheels.

The billet compressor design promotes significantly increased airflow while maintaining low rotational inertia. This allows the turbocharger to perform like a larger, heavier wheel—without the typical drawbacks in response.

Extended-tip compressor technology enhances spool-up at lower engine speeds while enabling higher boost levels with reduced heat generation, supporting strong and consistent top-end performance.

Upgraded Turbine & Shaft Assembly

The turbine and shaft assembly features a larger TTE 9-blade turbine design compared to the original unit. This upgrade improves exhaust flow capacity, supporting greater power output while maintaining optimal drivability.

Motorsport-Grade Bearing System

A specially profiled 360-degree high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted as standard. This ensures superior durability under increased loads while preserving excellent transient response and reliability.

OE Actuation

Original equipment actuators are retained and calibrated to ensure seamless integration, factory-level drivability, and trouble-free operation.

Precision Balancing – The TTE Standard

Balancing is one of the most critical aspects of a high-performance turbocharger. At TTE, longevity, refinement, and performance are paramount.

Each component is initially balanced at low speeds (up to 2,800 RPM) across multiple planes using our dedicated single-part balancing equipment. Following assembly, the CHRA undergoes dynamic high-speed balancing on our in-house VSR machine at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM, depending on the application.

This meticulous multi-stage process achieves equilibrium standards significantly exceeding OEM specifications.

Every TTE600 turbocharger is supplied with an individually serial-numbered balance test certificate, confirming the precision and quality behind each unit.
