The TTE600 Turbochargers are built from genuine RS6 K04 OE units and are meticulously engineered and upgraded using primarily BorgWarner components or higher. Key enhancements include:

• Compressor Optimization: Genuine K04 RS4 compressor covers are CNC machined in-house to optimize clearance, ensuring fitment while maintaining efficiency for the larger, advanced billet TTE2280X Extended Tip compressor wheels (Inducer 45.1mm, Exducer 59.4mm).

• Airflow Maximization: Standard CNC milling of the compressor housing inlet port removes the lip just before the wheel, smoothing airflow into the intake system for improved performance.

• Advanced Compressor Wheel Design: The 2280X wheel offers low-inertia performance, simulating the flow characteristics of a larger wheel. Extended tip technology ensures faster spool at lower RPMs while supporting high boost levels with reduced thermal load, optimizing top-end power.

• Turbine & Shaft: Retains original TTE 9-blade components with a specialized blade design, improving gas flow, reducing backpressure, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures for safer, higher boost operation.

1. Component Balance: Individual parts are balanced at slow speeds (up to 2,800 RPM) in multiple planes.

2. CHRA Dynamic Balance: Assembled cores are dynamically balanced in-house up to 250,000 RPM, depending on application, using our VSR balancing machine for ultimate equilibrium—far exceeding OEM standards.

3. Documentation: Each turbocharger comes with a serial-numbered balance test certificate, confirming its precision and quality.
