The TTE575 is our latest hybrid performance turbocharger upgrade, engineered from the original unit designed for the 4th-generation VAG 2.0 TSI engine. Developed using extensively tested TTE components, it delivers exceptional reliability, performance, and durability, supported by the TTE Trouble-Free Warranty for complete peace of mind.

Engineered & Enhanced – EA888 Gen 4
To build the TTE575, the original compressor is replaced with a significantly larger, high-efficiency billet wheel featuring extended-tip technology. The compressor housing is precision-milled to achieve optimal clearance and match the upgraded compressor profile.
On the turbine side, the original turbine is replaced and the housing CNC-machined to accommodate a larger, lightweight 9-blade turbine, increasing exhaust gas flow. The factory thrust bearing is upgraded to TTE’s in-house manufactured 360-degree performance bearing for improved strength and reliability.
The proprietary 9-blade turbine design offers multiple advantages: enhanced gas flow, reduced back pressure, and lower exhaust gas temperatures. This allows safer operation at higher boost pressures. Its lightweight construction reduces rotational inertia, enabling faster spool-up despite the larger size.
Precision Balancing & Quality Assurance
Accurate balancing is critical to both performance and longevity. Each TTE turbocharger undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process. Individual components are first balanced at low speeds (up to 2,800 RPM) across multiple planes. After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at speeds up to 250,000 RPM using in-house VSR equipment.
This process achieves equilibrium standards exceeding OEM specifications, enhancing durability, performance, and acoustic refinement. Every turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test certificate verifying its precision calibration.
