The TTE450+ 5050 represents TTE’s premier hybrid turbocharger solution for the M133 AMG 2.0L Inline-4 engine. Engineered for rapid daily boost response combined with motorsport-grade durability, it offers outstanding performance without compromising reliability. Precision and Balance

Achieving perfect balance is a cornerstone of TTE turbocharger performance and longevity. A well-balanced unit not only enhances durability but also improves acoustics and overall driving experience.

Every TTE turbocharger undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process:

1. Component-Level Balancing: Individual parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using TTE’s specialized single-parts machine.

2. CHRA Assembly and Dynamic Balancing: After assembly, the CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds, reaching up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes on our in-house VSR machine.

This rigorous process ensures an equilibrium far exceeding OEM standards. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial-numbered balance test report for complete traceability and quality assurance.
