Each TTE1300 turbocharger begins as a meticulously upgraded unit: the original compressors are replaced with larger, high-efficiency billet wheels, and the compressor covers are CNC-milled to optimal clearances to perfectly match the new wheel profile. The largest 9-blade, low-mass turbine wheels are installed to maximize airflow while reducing exhaust gas temperatures under high boost conditions. To ensure durability, our upgraded bearing pack is fitted, delivering both longevity and consistent performance. Uncompromising Balance and Longevity

Every TTE turbocharger undergoes an extensive precision balancing process, critical for both performance and reliability. Components are first balanced at slow speeds up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes using our single-part balancing machine. Once assembled, the CHRA is dynamically balanced—depending on application—up to 250,000 RPM using our in-house VSR machine, achieving equilibrium standards far beyond OEM specifications. This meticulous process enhances not only durability but also acoustic refinement.

Each turbocharger is individually serial-numbered and supplied with a comprehensive balance test report, ensuring traceable quality and performance assurance.
